As far as Aces and 8s go? Hey, the storyline has me intrigued. So TNA is doing something correctly. However, I feel the big reveal is going to be a let down. So much hype with little pay off.

That's not TNA's fault. It shows you that most WWE fans are only fans of the company and not the wrestlers. People will tune in no matter what.

Guys like Morrison would matter as long as they are not the leader of the group. TNA has made it blatantly clear Aces and 8's are coming for the title. Hell Austin Aries said I know you want this in regards to the title. The leader of the group is in the BFG Series. Bully, Joe, Hardy, RVD, or Storm. One of those guys will be the leader in the group. For example lets take Samoa Joe. Say Joe is the leader. If you plug in say Morrison, Joey Ryan, and 2 others you have a bad ass stable. Joe, Morrison, and Ryan all play cocky and confident heels.

I doubt TNA have given it that much thought to be honest, but cool theory!

That said, I hope Hulk isn't behind it. They've gotten his current role down perfectly at the moment IMO. He's on enough to give the product the boost of having a "legend" there, but he doesn't eat up much air time. He gets a nice big pop but then gives others (notably Aries) big props once he appears. It's perfect at the moment (not only that but I'm actually enjoying his segments - probably because they ARE brief). If they actually start having storylines revolving around him.... erg, that would be a massive step back.

I could live with the big boss being Jeff Jarrett, but I'd rather it was someone who was on the active roster or an ex-wrestler, to be honest. PLEASE not Hulk, Bischoff, Flair or anyone like that!!!

So what do we know so far?..........

1. Aces and Eights are a Hells angels style biker gang.(something Bischoff is a big fan of.)
2. The numbers of members is seeming limitless, but there is a main core group of most likely EIGHT guys and possibly some higher up guys(ACES).
3. The spokesperson/ vice president is being portrayed by D'lo brown who could be holding a grudge at not being a judge on gut check.
4. Jarrett and Bischoff both have grudge against Tna and hogan so could therefore be the ACES.
5. The Eights could be guys who have a grudge because they havent been given TNA contracts. (which ties in with the Joey Ryan story and D'lo/Gutcheck and why the eights attacked Sam Shaw, and why we saw Wes Brisco backstage with Angle).
6. The Eights will possibly be wrestlers who have worked with Jarrett in Mexico and for Ring Ka King.
7. The story line appears to be that they are disrupting the BFG series with perhaps a competitor in the series benefitting from there help.

The look of the Aces and Eights screams to me of NWO Hogans look.

That combined with the fact that they are referring to Hogan as Hollywood Hogan recently (which was his heel persona in the NWO) suggests to me that he is the "eights" in the A and 8s
