Not really. We don't know how long the core group have been prospecting in comparison to O'Doyle.

I'm thinking we'll see guys earn their patches over the coming weeks and maybe even months depending on the length of this entire angle.

That's how I see it being.

Fixed that for you. They'll either use the proper structure and call them hang arounds not pre prospects OR they just avoid using hang arounds all together (in which case O'Doyle would be a full patch now).

Also it is quite possible they also have a "Sarge" or "Sergeant at Arms" position within the hierarchy. The Sarge would for the most part be in charge of maintaining order & enforcing discipline if and when necessary.

An interesting structure using this and names rumored/talked about :

Pres - Jarrett
VP - Eric Young
Sarge- Matt Morgan
Prospects : Jay Bradley, Mike Knox, Luke Gallows, Wes Brisco, CJ O'Doyle

...and maybe one or two more prospects.
