I don't like this angle it's too much like Degeneration X or The Four Horsemen! Remember when the Horsemen broke Dusty's arm? I hate when wrestling does stable angles cause then the ratings go up. *stomps foot*

Edit: Batista has his first MMA fight Oct 6. It's not Batista.

I think its good that TNA has a long term storyline going, but I feel like this fraction stuff has been done to the point of sickness. The group is being built up, but when its finally revealed who it is, t will be disappointing. Unless its a major reveal, its going to fall flat. Is it Jeff Jarrett? Great, but we've seen it before. Is it Eric Bischoff? Seen if already. Could it be Hogan? So many turns its not even funny.

Like I said, its good TNA has a major storyline that is growing, but I just see it being a horrible disappointment at the end.

This has been an amazing storyline. I still believe & hope the leader is Bully Ray for many reasons. Not the least of which is because Bully Ray has never been touched by the group and it has felt very convenient for Ray everytime. I also believe of all the rumored names to lead this faction, Bully Ray has the most potential to turn this role into something very HUGE for TNA.

I also believe that TNA officials under Lagana & Pritchard have been paying more attention & listening to what the fans are saying. I think they have been real crafty with this angle and have been planting the seeds for this angle to go in many different directions to keep fans guessing. I bet they were reading fans saying early on that Joe was never around so he must be the leader and they wisely decided to keep Joe away to keep fans guessing this. They read people saying Hogan is the Aces leader so creative has Hogan give the shady phone call to Sting on the previous impact and then go with the Hollywood look this episode just to keep people guessing at that. TNA also has seen people such as me and many others suggest it is Bully Ray because of him conveniently never being touched, so I am willing to bet that regardless if he is in fact the leader as I suspect, he will continue to conveniently never be touched by Aces.

Absolutely brilliant execution of a wrestling angle and the most exciting angle in wrestling for several, several years.

If this guy is the leader you will all poop your pants

I know it's impossible but he's the perfect manager for this stable.

Don't feel like reading 109 pages, but has anyone mentioned Eric Bischoff? He obviously has a storyline grudge against Sting and Hogan, and he famously is a big fan of motorbikes and biker gangs. Would be the most logical choice.

Thought of an interesting twist.
Since one of them is obviously D-Lo Brown, what if all of the agents are behind this?
They would have to come up with a good reason, but it would explain how they are getting in the building.

Another thought.
It was said at Hardcore Justice that there was a security sweep, and that security assured them that A's & 8's were not in the building.
What if their security staff is involved?
They could use the disgruntled employees excuse.

I don't think it's impossible at all? Edge has no sort of contract in place with WWE as far as I know (contract ended recently.)

I actually kind of think Edge would eventually end up in TNA.

What people don't seem to realize or take into account is that wrestlers can not just retire when they are in their 30s or 40s. I mean unless they've saved a ton of money or made good investments, they need to continue to work just like everyone else. Look at Ric Flair... what could Ric have done to make money after he retired (especially if he were still younger, as he managed to still make good money in his 40s, 50s, 60s wrestling?) To me it seems like your best option is opening your own business, but there is no gaurantee that it will succeed.

Unless your The Rock who can make movies, there is very few jobs out there for ex-wrestlers especially considering what they're use to making. Guys like Shawn Michaels has a hunting show on some channel I don't even get and Goldberg has done some commentating for MMA, but those type of gigs don't seem to last long.

A guy whose future will be very interesting is Brock Lesnar. He's 35 years old and signed a one year deal with WWE, if he doesn't re-sign what's he going to do? He could go back to UFC to lose a fight or two for some money, but other then that what is there for him? He might be able to get a couple small movie roles, but no way that guys is making a career out of it. Now luckily for Lesnar, he lives a frugle life and has made loads of money which he's saved, but Lesnar likes the attention and the competition(why he's been in wrestling, tried out for NFL, became an MMA champion) and I have a hard time seeing him leaving wrestling again once his contract expires and if he does it'd probably be a return to MMA (maybe not even UFC.)

Edge is a different case altogether. He won't become no big movie star or tv star and apparently loves the business. I think it's very possible if TNA offered him a commentator, manager, gm role that he'd take it (maybe not right away, but eventually.)

Now with all that said, I can't stand EDGE! And it's because of that that I'm certain he will end up in TNA within the next five years. I'm also scared of guys like Kane/Big Show/Jericho showing up in TNA. When WWE no longer has a use for a guy, it's not like he can just stop wrestling. It's their livelihood. Is Big Show going to just become a bouncer or a security guard?

Anyway, I don't think Edge will be revealed as apart of Aces and 8s, but I wouldn't rule out seeing him down the road.
