I think you misunderstood that. Kendrick pitched the idea to Prichard because BMI was split and Sabin was getting closer to being ready to go (this must have been shortly before his release). Prichard didn't even really give BK the time of day.

Kendrick then suggests Sabin might not have gotten hurt as he would be working with professionals...seems like a shot at Zema Ion.

One thing what strikes me are all the guys joey ryan has talked to, john morrison, generation me, amazing red, brian kendrick, they are all x division wrestlers which makes me believe that this still could be a work. Tna's x division is really thin at the moment and having these guys would definately give it credabilty again especially when they need a new champion. Would be epic if they all turned up at destination x and beat down the contenders for the belt.

The knee he injured back in April on Impact is the same knee he tore the ACL in during the UX match. Could have not been ready to be back working on it, or perhaps they misdiagnosed him back in April. Either way I think he just is a victim of unfortunate circumstance and neither Aries nor Zema are to blame.
