if this is a work , the buzz for joey ryan has died so if/when he does debut its not really going to have much of an impact ( no pun intended) ...tna shud have struck with him while the iron was hot bec now its 2 late imo
It's not too late, if he ends up in a TNA ring people will always remember he told Tazz to go fuck himself.
But most TNA fans don't think he's coming back (I'm included) and that kills the hype around him.
JoMo wouldn't come to TNA when he has an open door at WWE and their roster is so thin right now.
I've lost hope that the Joey Ryan thing is a work. I've just accepted TNA dropped the ball on him for some asinine reason and that's that. Would love to be proven wrong, but I don't think I am.
I think the Young Bucks are happy where they're at in ROH, but I love them as a team and TNA's tag division needs all the help it can get.

The buzz isn't gone. You can't always have instant payoffs. If he comes back at Destination X, or anytime in the next month and a half or so, then it's fine. Maybe they have him interrupt the next Gut Check contestant. Maybe they create a faction around him and they crash Destination X. If they bring him back in 8 months, sure that's a long time, but it's only been a month.
It just seems TNA made a bad call with Alex Silva and Ryan paid the price. No matter how good someone could be on that jut check, TNA was just willing to bury him to prove some credibility.
Too bad, TNA is just ignoring a great talent that could be one of the top players in the X division. And someone who knows the role of the social media...
You had me at Kendrick. I've long believed that TNA was not messing up, butdoing what they do on purpose.

WWE is filled with 'Good Ol' Boys' in power positions. It is just how it is, and I will keep calling WWE, Pro Wrestling in USA, as well as some of it's fans out on this because it is bollox. I do notice an apparent effort being made to mitigate this somewhat, but time will ultimately tell.

Hell Ryan's moveset, and mic skills are things that even transcend the X-Division. Definitely am Aries-lite.

the thing is TNA hypes the use of twitter and youtube and they have here a guy who does all those things and get's some recognition from the viewers. Not only it's still to be explained what ring and mic skills Ryan didn't have to get that contract, TNA also drop the ball to bring in someone who can call some buzz to itself.
For me TNA lowered the standards with Silva and now they have raised them to much by not signing Ryan. It's very likely that anyone on those gutchecks that get signed will not be as good as Ryan...
