About 12 days ago. Didn't get a WWE contract and has been loading up his indy dates for the summer.

TNA is very smart to avoid stables for a while. The WWE and TNA had way too many.

It was more like a few weeks ago and WWE is thinking about getting him for their new cruiserweight online show.
