I don't think that many people in this thread understand what a prediction is, lol, maybe somebody should start a what do you want to happen in TNA thread?

I don't think that you understand that you can't predict anything in pro wrestling. This time last year, did you expect Bobby Roode and Storm to be main eventing, not one credible tag team left, Hulk Hogan not being seen in almost two months, Eric Bischoff's son to be involved in one of the biggest angles in the company, Austin Aries being in the company and the X-Division being somewhat revitalised?

You can't predict anything in the wrestling business, hence why everybody is saying what they'd like to see.

The whole point of this thread was for a bit of fun, I was going to bump the thread (at the end of 2012) to see who was closest to being correct. You can make predictions based on anything, even with little to no basis or knowlede on the subject, hence why I declared my op as a wild guess! However, I think a Jeff Hardy push in 2012 is fairly pedictable, along with Hogan involving himself in one of the main angles.

Not everything needs to be overanalysed, this is purely for fun.

Likely involve an angle involving Hulk Hogan's return, the Bischoff family feud + the end of Immortal. That will probably happen during the build up to Lockdown.

Crimson's heel turn has to be on the horizon.

Debut of John Morrison and Melina as a heel couple (we know Russo loves reality based stuff).

Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin will return, crashing a blood feud between Storm and Roode... they'll claim they were the best tag team, not Beer Money, and now they'll be the better main eventers as well. Each guy will develop (or re-develop) their own identity but keep a pact to remain an alliance til either wins the World title.

Re: What do you think will be the next big angle in TNA?

umm its hard to say,Because this is a movement the company has never done before. Always using the older dudes. Now they seem to finally be utilizing the younger talent.

For groups i dont know if they will eve bother with another big stable. Smaller ones are better for now. They always put the wrong guys in the groups.

I think we will see things like Eric Young getting proper pushes with new character,He is god at coming up with new personality's.He can easily do Heel or face. Of course they will i, sure keep having Storm and Roode be relevant near the top. I see Austin Aries dominate the x division for another year. Then i could see them pushing him to higher group. He really could be huge. I see Alex shelly getting the x division push he was going to get,Before he got hurt.

Honestly i dont see them doing the next big angle this time around, Then again it seems pretty odd Hogan has been off tv. Maybe they have something planned for him.

As for a Jeff Hardy redemption angle, I'd actually rather see Jeff win the World title sooner, and be the one defending it at BFG 2012. I'd like to see AJ go heel. It all started with that promo they had a few months ago.

Styles can't take it anymore that the fans forgive, management forgives Hardy and gives him opportunities over and over again, while he has been there for almost 10 years, and gets put on the back burner for Hardy.

I'd have AJ win the BFG series, and immediately cut a promo on Hardy and the fans right there in the ring, and claim that at BFG 2012 he will save TNA.
This is TNA were talking about. If you think realistic everything will involve stable wars. Cant have a lethal lockdown match without 2 stables.

Re: What do you think will be the next big angle in TNA?

It would be funny to see a face bobby roode fighting a heel james storm at BFG 2012.

The reason why we don't get fresh ideas and promotions rising in American Pro Wrestling is because the majority of the community is happy with the same old shit and will reject any chance of change. There is a risk in doing new things, 9 times out of 10, it leads to 50+ pages of bitching and moaning. While business gets turned into a dictatorship and more and more out of touch. Support the indies, support New Pro Wrestling.
