Well, we are a week away and TNA seems to have released what seems to be the full card on their website and it is as follows,

TNA HARD JUSTICE 7/7/11

The X Division Match and RVD/Crimson match look potentially good.

Does anyone else have brief moments of clarity while watching stuff like this?

Like for a split second, you just forget everything you know about TNA and say "Holy shit, I'm watching Kurt Angle wrestle Sting in clown make-up on PPV in 2011 in front of 800 non-paying tourists at an amusement park." to yourself? Shit is surreal man.

That isn't a terrible card, but it looks kind of ordinary, which might be worse as there is less to really talk about because of it.

- I've seen Sting Vs. Angle multiple times under multiple circumstances. At BFG07 it felt special, but now it just feels like any other throwaway main event for a B PPV.

- Fortune Vs. Immortal feels like a place filler. I'd have rather they put a BFG Series match in its place. Heck, Ray, Gunner, & Steiner Vs. AJ & Beer Money is a BFG Series match, so just do that!

- Mickie Vs. Winter might be OK I guess.

- Three Way X Division Match will be good I guess, but I think I would have preferred them doing Shelley Vs. Aries one on one for contendership. It seems a little too soon for the new guy Aries to be in the title picture.

- MexAM is terrible, but hopefully Beer Money gets something good out of them. Unfortunately, I can see a title change coming. Ugh.

- And then the two BFG Series Matches: Crimson Vs. RVD & Pope Vs. Devon. Pope/Devon is a feud I really don't care about to be honest. If Crimson were interesting as a character/performner, his match with RVD would be worth something as getting a win over RVD on PPV would add some cred to him. But Crimson bores me, so the match just feels ordinary.

- They might tack on Ray Vs. Joe in a BFG Series match or Anderson Vs. Ray.

Here's what my card would have been:

- Kurt Angle (c) Vs. Mr. Anderson: World Title Steel Cage Match (Angle/Sting happens on TV with Angle winning, and this is the big match, instead of them doing it the other way around).
- Sting Vs. Abyss: Barbwire Match
- AJ Styles & Beer Money Vs. Gunner, Bully Ray, & Scott Steiner (BFG Series)
- Rob Van Dam Vs. Crimson (BFG Series)
- Brian Kendrick (c) Vs. Kazarian: X Division Championship
- Samoa Joe Vs. Christopher Daniels: X Division Legends Match (Revenge for Daniels cutting him off before DX)
- Alex Shelley Vs. Austin Aries: Number One Contendership for X Division Title
- Mickie James, Velvet Sky, Traci Brooks, Tara, & Miss Tessmacher Vs. ODB, Miss Jackie, Madison Rayne, Sarita, & Rosita: 10 Knockouts Tag Team Match = Take advantage of all the feuds going on in the KO Division and all the brawling. Just say on TV that ODB & Jackie are back now as they are part of the show at this point anyway.

Not that my card is spectacular or anything, but a few minor changes spices it up a little more.

You just know that TNA management will screw over Devon again and give Pope the win. It shouldn't matter if Devon is great at putting guys over and making them look like gold, he is a once in a lifetime talent and deserves a main event push. The future of TNA could rest on this match.

At the risk of breaking many an ironic heart, I expect Pope will beat Devon after Devon’s kids turn on their father moments after teasing helping him because that’s probably the stupidest, most played out, groan-inducing finish they could do. Plus kids these days just have no respect with their rap music and such.

Devon/Pope will be the match of the night. Bank on it.

Otherwise, this looks to be an okay card. Angle/Sting has no interest from me since I've seen it before many times. The X Div match should be great, Immortal/Fourtune is stale and old but hopefully Fourtune get the win. Mickie/Winter could be good if given a good amount of time. Beer Money to beat Mex America. RVD/Chimpson is meh. Devon/Pope, I shouldn't even have to explain.
I’m guessing Daniels costs his team the win to further set up his mid-card feud with AJ. I wouldn’t be surprised if Mexican America won since they seem high on them for God knows what reason, and so they can start running tag titles feuds again and continue to move toward the likely BM split. Mexican America as champs sounds like a bad idea (them being so careless in the ring is partially to blame for the division being this shallow) and not remotely appealing so I hope that doesn’t happen.

I can't believe the PPV is this Sunday. It feels like we just had Destination X, and when you throw WWE in the mix, it feels like we're getting a PPV almost every week!

Anyways, my predictions:

- Angle Vs. Sting = Angle wins the title.
- Fortune Vs. Immortal = Immortal wins when Daniels turns on the group. (yeah, real original)
- Kendrick Vs. Shelley Vs. Aries = I'm going to pick Kendrick to retrain for now, but Aries getting that belt is almost certain. Aries will win it, if not here, then probably at the next PPV.
- Beer Money Vs. MexAm = Sadly, I see BMI dropping the straps to Poor Man's LAX.
- Mickie Vs. Winter = Mickie will retain.
- Crimson Vs. RVD = Going with Crimson to preserve his streak for now.
- Pope Vs. Devon = Seriously guys, can we please just give Pope the win here? I'm picking Devon though.

Card is ok, nothing spectacular. The X 3 way should almost certainly be the MOTN, Angle/Sting have had good matches before but nothing Sting has done lately has been very impressive so I'm just hoping for something respectable with Angle coming out with the title.

The tag title scene is pretty stale and although I'm not a big fan of the ripoff LAX, I see them taking the titles here and Beer Money slowly starting to dissolve itself. The Fortune/Immortal match has alot behind it but the Immortal team just really sums up how that angle has gone recently.

At this point it's hard for me to really care about the BFG series considering who's at or near the top 4, a Devon vs Crimson vs Gunner vs RVD match isn't exactly gonna light my fire.

Crimson will win for sure

I will go with Angle to take out sting

Bryan Kendrick should retain after his ongoing angle with immortal, give him a decent run

Beer Money imo should lose the titles and probably split up for now, don't know how they will do it, but they should give it a try

Fortune should win, and look strong in the process

Mikie should win this one and lead to some ongoing feud against ODB

Oh and Devon should win with out a doubt will be routing for pope

Wow. This company needs a calendar. Its the year 2011 and TNA is baffled. Why won't people spend 40 bucks on a card with Bubba Ray and Devon in singles matches, Rob Van Dam versus a rookie, Sting main eventing without stipulation for the company's top title etc.

Edit:
Also, its entitled HARDCORE JUSTICE and there isn't a match on the card with a hardcore stipulation. Hell, the company did Ultimate X on free t.v. but the 3 way match for the championship is just a match, which seems completely backwards. At least they could have made the title match Falls Count Anywhere to hide Sting's inadequacies.

Immortal has been such a poorly booked and poorly structured POS that at this point, it's a joke. However, if the bottom 3 members of that stable go over AJ, Daniels, and Kaz, I'll flip my shit. Those three should be TNA's poster boys and if they lose to the jokes that are Steiner, Gunner, and Abyss...hell why not? AJ's in the midst of a burial as it is, why not start on Daniels and Kaz?

Anderson/Ray...I just have no words. Immortal shouldn't even be a stable anymore, but it is. So, why not have the top two members of said stable feud and make the stable look unorganized and weak? Oh wait, it already is that. Everyone joins, people disappear, they're replaced with random guys, it's confusing. I really just can't comment anything Immortal related because it all comes back to it being a shitty stable that should have died when Fortune split.

Dinero/Devon - I don't know. Used to like Pope, but then he went away and I lost interest. Now he's feuding with Devon over what? Pope being a bad influence to his kids? Just a terrible storyline, but somehow it gets more attention than AJ or Joe get combined.

Crimson/RVD - Random match they threw together. If I'm not mistaken, they're the top two leaders in the BFG series. So, there's something there. Maybe they start a program together or something. Nonetheless, this is merely an Impact match on PPV.

X Division match - Looks good. Don't know much about the build with the exception of Aries not caring about the X Division's roots or principles or something. Should be a good match nonetheless.

Mickie James/Winter - It's a women's match in TNA. 'Nuff said.

Tag Match - Boring build that I vaguely remember. Mexican America is a terrible stable. Not really interested in the match.

Angle/Sting - I know these two have history and I see some aren't looking forward to it, but I've only been watching since September '10 so this match is kinda fresh for me. Still, not looking forward to it too much. Sting is in his 50s and should be no more than a special attraction similar to Taker. But, that's not the case. Match should be decent. Kurt will most likely carry Sting.

Hardcore Justice should just be Hard Justice. Not a single hardcore match on the card yet they give us street fights and steel cage matches on free tv. Makes ZERO sense not just now, but for future PPVs. No one is going to pay to see these matches if they get them for free. Such a mess, but when isn't TNA?

I don’t understand the point of adding Tara/Tessmacher vs. Sarita/Rosita. It won’t add one last minute buy. It’ll be bad. It adds to the potential problem of the show having an extremely flat middle. There’s no storyline behind this and no one cares about those belts. The show didn’t need a 9th match, least of all that one.

The time for this match better come out of RVD/Crimson, Anderson/Bully, Devon/Pope, and Mickie/Winter, not the X match or the six-man. If the three-way ends up only going 8-10 minutes and the Knockout tag goes 5-6 plus another 5 for entrances, I’ll be annoyed... the next day when I Youtube/Daily Motion that match because there’s no way I’m canceling my Sunday evening plans to watch even part of this show.
