I know a lot of people talk about how "oh, they dropped the ball on so and so". I think a lot of it's crap - but I agree with it on Red. To have him with Don West for a few weeks and completely drop it is ridiculous. It was a great idea and it was working great. Red and West both seemed to be enjoying it.
Then the whole issue with Crimson, and later Sangriento.. I don't know how anyone could have been more screwed up.
His theme really follows what the Bucks said. As a talent - You got to speak your mind and communicate with everyone in charge. Not to be a PITA - but if you don't - When it all falls apart and doesn't work, you're going to have to blame yourself as much anyone else.
