This was a rare case of the spoilers actually sounding better than the show turned out. Like I said, Tag Division & Main Event were great this week, but everything that sounded cool in the spoilers was poorly executed on TV.

Impact was good last night, definitely better then last week. I feel asleep after 3D/Steiner and Booker and woke up midway through an Abyss promo, hope I didn't miss much. Amazing Red gave Cody Deaner a half decent match which was fun to watch! The main event was tops and it was one of the best matches on Impact in a while, top 10 for the year definitely.

Impact was pretty decent this week. I liked all the tag team stuff and the Red/Deaner match was really good. West continues to be great as a heel announcer but I think they really should replace Tenay. There still are certain things/people that just have no place on the show. Most notably, the Jenna/Sharmell stuff. I don't see one ounce of talent in Jenna and the only reason Sharmell is on the show is because she's Booker T's wife. She's really annoying and way overused.

And please end this Abyss/Lauren/Stevie crap. Lauren is close to being the worst actress I've ever seen on a wrestling show. It boggles my mind that no one in that company can see how bad her acting is.

Pretty bad show this week. The main event and the teag team division were the best parts of the show. I also liked the Morgan/MEM storyline. On the other hand there was way too many Abyss segments (killed by Lauren), way too many Kurt Angle and again NO X-division. Probably one of the worst Impact this year.

I'm glad EY and Red got the pin, the opposite would have been horrible.
