All of their ppvs have been 4 hours long, if I'm not mistaken.

Re: Genesis Discussion Thread
Don't you guy's in England etc.. Get your PPV's for free on Bravo. Isn't there commercials aswell? Maybe the commercials make up the 4 hours.

Re: Genesis Discussion Thread
Kind of strange that England gets free PPV's but Australia doesn't seeing as where a condescendant of England..
Anyway, if what they guy said was true, that Genesis will be 4 hours long hopefully they transcript the extra time into the matches to improve overall quality which Final Resolution lacked..

Re: Genesis Discussion Thread
Here is what I hope happens during the 3v3 tag match:
The Front Line team wins, but instead of just leaving the ring after the match, Foley convinces them to do one of those "gangbang" style romps on the MEM members in the ring. After they start to work Nash/Steiner/Booker over, either Joe and Brother Ray or the Fallen Angel runs down the ramp and joins in on the beatings. I think this could happen because I doubt Joe would be a no-show at any PPV right now in his TNA career, and a word hasn't been said about those three in general lately.
Then Angle comes out, but is held back by TNA security and is forced to watch the beating. He then comes out first during the match later in the night against Jarrett, asks for a mic in the ring, and delivers a fiery promo about Jarrett screwing him over once again for having his guards hold him back during the beatings. This adds more even more intensity to the feud.
And of course Sting is nowhere to be found when Angle ran out before to help his MEM buddies from getting mauled. After Sting leaves the MEM (which is almost a certain), the no-show appearance from Sting during this moment plants the seeds for an Angle/Sting feud that finishes at Lockdown with Sting going over and the MEM/FL storyline put to rest.

Re: Genesis Discussion Thread
My idea of how the 3 on 3 should go is for the MEM to get the win pinning Foley and then after the match Steiner, Booker and Nash beat down on AJ and Foley with Devon outside of the ring. Not long into the beat down brother Ray runs down just a Devon gets up and they both get into the ring as the MEM flee to the outside, they both help Aj up then turn on him and the MEM return to the ring and continue the beat down until security and the rest of the Frontline get to the ring to stop the beatdown. Then after the Rhino Sting match which Rhino should loose Rhino gets taken out after and injured by the MEM.
At Impact have Aj and Joe who should have healed up by then make a challenge to the MEM, any 3 of them to take on a team on himself, Joe (who should be healed by then)
Then on the run up to the next PPV (not sure which PPV it is) when the Frontline are in trouble you have the lights go out and for either the MEM to be layed out when the lights come on or the Frontline members to have weapons in their hands kind of like how they did the Sting heel turn and JJ return story, then last impact before the PPV lights go out, Daniels music plays as AJ and Joe are surrounded by the 7 members of the MEM (Nash, Stiener, Booker, team 3D, Angle & have Sting on the entrance ramp) the lights go out and all but Sting are layed out and a black bat is left in front of Sting.
Then at the PPV the 3rd member is revealed to be Daniels and you can out the rest after that

Re: Genesis Discussion Thread
Card looks decent, I'll be watching for sure.
Mick Foley, AJ Styles & Brother Devon vs. Legends Champion Booker T, Kevin Nash and "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner
-Although Steiner/Nash are a bore in the ring nowadays, I think The Frontline can make up for the slow pace expected for this match.
"The War Machine" Rhino vs. champion "The Icon" Sting
-I still like Rhino, he has a lot of intensity left in him. Him and Sting could probably put on a good match, although I expect this to end in a DQ with the MEM doing a run-in.
Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle vs. TNA Founder Jeff Jarrett
-The match we've all been waiting for, this should be incredible, not to mention brutal. I feel like Angle should go over here, but I'm not certain.
Christy Hemme vs. champion Awesome Kong
With the other TNA Knockouts surrounding the ring
-Kong will win this, shouldn't be too great. Kong really kills the KO division, she's too powerful to put on a decent match with the other KO's.
Then there's the finals, I expect Shelly/Sabin, with Shelly picking up the title.
Also, does anybody know if they will have an HD set for Genesis, or the same shitty one they've been using on the road?
