Wasn't his greatest mic work by any means, but it was most certainly passable. Apparently Steve Mcmichael is the special ref for Monsters Ball, which I hate as a decision. Snake Roberts was the special ref 2 years ago and his horrid slow counts and movement really bothered me.

Wow give it some time, that was his 1st real apperance with the company.

Foley always works the mic well, there's no denying that. Just didn't like the promo, or Jarrett's promo earlier for that matter. The overload of WWE references made it feel extremely minor league and not concentrating enough on the present of the company itself, in case some have forgotten, is TNA.

I think they probably gave Foley pretty much carte blanche on the mic, my guess is those words were ones that he wanted to express. How he was watching great talents but couldn't take the crap from Vinnie Mac, but I can see how it would seem minor league.

The name Vince Mcmahon definitely came up too many times throughout the night, but whatever still a good show and I'm not really gonna focus on it too much. It's been going on forever really, well except when there was only one company to speak of.

Lol. On topic of the promo, there was a lot of WWE references. Normally it's no issue, but they could have put more talk into the BFG since that's their biggest PPV. When WWF purchased WCW, there was a promo by Vince but I noticed most of the talk went into Wrestlemania since that's more important.

I will love to see Foley's closet. I bet there is 1 suit, 3 flannel jackets, and all jogging pants.

Yeah the Foley promo had it's good moments, but that promo and the show overall if I didn't know better seemed like WWE's 4th show at times, lol. Vince got more mentions on TNA this impact than he has in his own company in the past few months. Just found that funny myself aside from that impact was okay. I liked LAX/MCMG match, and from what I saw the 6 man tag match (didn't catch the knockouts tag match)
