Re: TNA Interested In Warrior
Even though it would probably be a disaster, I would love to see Warrior. Don't ask me why, I've just always been a fan of him.

Re: TNA Interested In Warrior
oh for the love of god and Mick Foley no
Seriously, Warrior? Didn't he completely suck during his WCW run? And he certainly won't be cheap.
Why not just lob half a million dollars into the Gulf, TNA? It would be just as cost effective and it would spare us the pain.

Re: TNA Interested In Warrior
That would not surprise me, what surprises me is that TNA can't learn that old wrestlers, specially the ones that could not wrestle even when they were young, are the worst way for them to earn new viewers if the supposed image of TNA is about beeing new, fresh and over the line.

Re: TNA Interested In Warrior
Isn't the reason TNA are looking at the guy something to do with him being part of the NWE selling 15,000 tickets in Spain?
That's the only reason I see TNA wanting him. Hoping to God that this big name can help deliver on bringing ratings, PPV buy rates and helping them sell their tickets faster. Can't see it mind you but hey that was my first thought. As TNA don't need Warrior. If they need any big name its Hogan, as Hogan is really the only guy who might be able to help those ratings boost. Aside from someone like John Cena and Batista but they're going nowhere.

Re: TNA Interested In Warrior
God I hope this happens. Warrior will really help this company. I would watch TNA more if I knew Warrior was on the show. Now some may say is old or what ever but I like older superstars. I have a lot of respect for them and I want to see Warrior vs Sting.

Re: TNA Interested In Warrior
I actually think that Warrior joining TNA would be something special as he has not been on National tv for 10 years and a feud with Sting could actually sell as they have not faced each other before.

Re: TNA Interested In Warrior
I am all for Warrior coming to TNA! I was a huge Ultimate Warrior fan back in the WWF days.
The only thing is I do not believe he will have any impact on ratings. I mean, if Sting and Kurt Angle had no effect on TNA ratings, why should we believe Warrior would? I think wrestling fans today are much more in tune with Kurt Angle than (Ultimate) Warrior.

Re: TNA Interested In Warrior
I don't care if he wasn't some great in-ring technician. I want this to happen, and if they advertise it right, it could get TNA some ratings.
This isn't like bringing in Kurt Angle. This is bringing in a guy that fans grew up with, and haven't seen in a ring in 10 years. People will tune in just for that reason, at least once.
He could have a feud with Steiner... imagine the unintelligible promos.
