It was a good PPV. The Fish Whatever match wasn't as bad as I had expected.

Absolutely fantastic show last night. I loved it. I think every match until Booker/Roode I marked out in because something awesome happened.
Opening match set the tone, and it kept going throughout the night. Fish Market Street Fight was hilarious, as was Super Eric's intro.
Fuckin' A.

Just want to say great show last night..... I was live at the Scope and TNA really does put on a great show. My roommate and I both agreed that it was alot better than seeing Raw live. The crowd was intense and we were all pretty pumped up, hopefully I get my voice back soon.

I ordered Destination X yesterday... first PPV I've ordered since Slammaversary last year and it didn't dissapoint. Although everyone thought this was just a throw away PPV in the leading up to it, the overall product and show was VERY entertaining. No title on the line, but that didn't matter because it's building to Angle vs Joe at Lockdown. Seeing Christian smack Tomko and AJ around was awesome to see... I could really feel his frustration being let out as he beat down his former team. Plus Elevation X was great... I was sweating watching the match. There is nothing like watching Elevation X live and know that anything can happen.. when you download the match or watch a replay, it's not the same... knowing those guys were up there as you were watching it and a slip of the foot could end a wrestlers career is very very intreaging stuff. Elevation X is quite the spectacle.. and I really hope they don't over use the gimmick in the future, as only seeing it once a year is enough.

So yeah, TNA basically put together a PPV that could have hit or missed... and I'm glad to say it was a huge hit. LAX are number one contenders, Team 3-D are gone (or are they?), Super Eric, Christian's revenge, Joe facing off against Angle, Rhino winning elevation X and the unlikely alliance winning the main event. Good stuff TNA! Can't wait for Lockdown.

Right. I have just finished watching Destination X and, all in all, I think it was a pretty good PPV. The first half of the card was particularly good, but there weren't any real let downs for me as far as the matches went.

LAX v. MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS v. THE ROCK AND RAVE INFECTION.
Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Some of those spots were out of this world - Hernandez diving to the outside and tearing his shirt open, Homicide's dive to the outside followed by Don West marking out, as Homicide stands on the announce table... absolutely outstanding. OH, and I almost forgot - Hernandez standing with Lance Hoyt in that suplex position with all that chaos going on around him - I so marked out. LAX deserved to win this match 100%. Jimmy Rave had some good spots too, namely the head scissor take down move - not exactly sure what it was, but it was cool. Also, the team work of MCMG was good to watch. Alex Shelly got the hell beat out of him in that match, though. Anyway, probably my match of the night.

JAY LETHAL v. PETEY WILLIAMS.
Again, another great match. Damn, that Canadian Destroyer looked deadly. Anyway, I really thought Petey was winning this one after Steiner's interference, but Val comes to the rescue. Also, this whole Sonjay Dutt thing is so weird. Great match, though. Glad Lethal retained.

ERIC YOUNG & KAZ v. BLACK REIGN & RELLIK.
Once again, another solid match - wayyy better than what I was expecting. The whole 'Super Eric' thing was freakin' hilarious. Glad Kaz and Young won the match. Oh, and Black Reign still sucks, but that's okay.

GAIL KIM v. ODB v. AWESOME KONG.
Another match of the night candidate for me. Seriously, the TNA Women's Division is one of the best things going for them at the moment, imo. It was nice to see the contrast between all three in the ring, and it flowed extremely well. Some amazing spots in this one. I completely marked out when Kong hit Kim with a frog splash. I actually cringed - that looked painful as hell. Anyway, yeah, amazing match, as per.

TEAM 3D v. CURRY MAN & SHARK BOY.
Meh. An okay match. I didn't expect much from it, to be honest, so it did exceed my expectations. I did like the whole back body drop into the fish and ice. So, I guess it was okay for giggles at the beginning, but it just went on for too long. OH, and the spot with Devine going through the table was pretty awesome. Ridiculous ending, though, with the whole 'mistaken identity 3D.' WTF was that?!

ROBERT ROODE v. BOOKER T.
I actually enjoyed this match. I predicted Roode to win, but I still thought that Booker T was definitely in with a shout on several occasions. YAY for Sharmell. Damn, she went so psycho on the security guys. Alex approves. So, yeah. I enjoyed it, but it could have been better. Can't wait for the huge blow off from it.

RHINO v. JAMES STORM.
I don't think this match was as bad as it has been made out to be. I've watched it twice, and I enjoyed it better second time around, knowing that no one was going to get hurt. I literally had my hands over my eyes when Rhino slipped as he climbed up - I had a really bad feeling after that. I liked the spot with Jackie, but I think the match was overhyped, and that was the main problem. Also, the bump at the end could have been more spectacular, but I completely get that careers are being messed with every time this match comes about. I, for one, hate the fact that you can only win the match if you throw your opponent off the structure. It's stupid. Would it be that hard to get the person to climb back down and pin them? But not that bad, imo. Could have been worse.

CHRISTIAN CAGE, SAMOA JOE & KEVIN NASH v. THE ANGLE ALLIANCE.
Ohhhh, what a match. Glad to see Christian shone in this match. But I was marking out for A.J. the entire time. Spiral Tap? Yes please. That was awesome - looked really painful, too. I also loved how Joe waited at the bottom of the ramp for Angle, and the eye contact between Joe and Angle was intense. But Christian and A.J. stole the show, imo.

Wow, I blab. Awesome PPV, some great stuff heading into Lockdown. I just hope they can keep this going.

I just started watching the PPV, the opener is a true **** match. Absolutely amazing performance by all 6 man. If the matches lasted a 5-10 minutes more the rating could have been higher. Hernandez is tha f****** man. His dive over the top is amazing everytime I see it.

What really throws me off about Hernandez' dive is that he always lands on his feet!!!!

How is anyone able to do that?
