Descent Ppv, it's started off looking to be a challenger for BFG as the best PPv in awhile and then it quickly went downhill.

Triple Treat Tag: Incredible match, the crowd was unF'nbelievable throughout but especially for this. A great opener and I'm glad LaX won. Hernandez is the man once again

Petey/Lethal: Another really great match, the ending I thought was a little disappointing, I was hoping Petey would win, but I think they really want to do Lethal/Dutt so I'm not too worried.

Triple threat Womans: Another really good match, all 3 woman performed great and left it all out there. I don't like the fact that Kong needed interference to win, but seeing at it was pretty much a handicap match it does make some sense.

EY,Kaz/Shit monsters: ALOT better than expected. The appearance of Super Eric was funny as hell, I was actually thinking he might come out as Jason, or Michael Myers lol.

Fish market Street fight: Terrible terrible match that went WAYYYYY too long. I can't say I didn't laugh, because they were some funny moments, and DW was in rare form. "HE JUST CREAMED HIM IN THE CROTCH WITH A FISH!!! I didn't think I'd ever hear someone say that lol. Hopefully Tna never EVvvvvver does a FMSF again.

Roode/Booker: I had a feeling this shit stip would ruin a perfectly good match. With such a great buildup over the months, it's just a real shame. I think the Fish market nonsense took time away from this one, which makes me hate that crappy match even more...

Elevation X: Stupid match, ultimately boring and I just wanted it to end. Unless someone seriously gets hurt or dies, they'll continue using this silly gimmick....

Main Event: Good action throughout, but was a little too short for my liking. I liked the no-sell by Joe at the End and getting the win was important for his build going into Lockdown.

Overall, great start, shit middle, alright ending, their were some production errors here and there as well. Props to the Virgina, one of the hottest and best crowds I've seen in Tna in a long time. But honestly I'm glad I saved my money for Lethal Lockdown.

There's no way this PPV was even close to Hard Justice, on any level.

I would say it was the most entertaining overall TNA PPV since Bound For Glory.

A couple of the matches(Elevation X and Roode/Booker specifically) didn't really match the hype, but the show was still pretty damn good.

They kinda made up for the Roode/Booker match tho with the great segment afterwards, such great heat.

Other than Elevation X, nothing was really outright bad or horrible, even the Fish Match was alot of fun and the crowd seemed to love it.

So I dunno how people could really be hating on this show that bad, and there were atleast 4 good matches.(Tag 3 way, womens 3 way, Petey/Lethal, and the Main Event)

^yeah forgot about the after match stuff in the Booker/Roode match it was very effective but I don't think it completely made up for it. I was looking forward to that match more than any other, it was just such a let down. Hopefully A LL they let them show what they can do.

I was looking forward to a great match between Roode/Booker too, but the show was running long and that's what happened.

I'm thinking they be on separate sides at LL, and then at Sacrifice they'll have some kind of final match to end the feud. Street Fight or Last Man Standing or something like that.

They should have sacrificed the Fish Market Street Fight to make the Booker/Roode match and the main event longer.

Well here's my more in depth review:

I thought DX was a fun show. It didn't blow my socks off or anything, but I enjoyed it pretty much from top to bottom. Its obvious that they were saving some good stuff for Lockdown like the World Title Match and a big burn off to Booker/Roode, but for an inbetweener PPV it was good. The crowd was hot all night and they are heading in a good direction for Lockdown.

Opener was fast paced and action packed. Pretty much what I expected. I'm glad LAX got the win, and hopefully they get those belts back. Pretty good opener!

Petey vs. Lethal was probably my favorite match on the card. I really enjoyed it, and I thought for sure Petey had the match won, and they were able to get Lethal to survive the Canadian Destroyer in a way that didn't lessen the impact of the move which is great. Nobody should ever kick out of that. I think we might get Lethal vs. Steiner, which I think would be an interesting match up.

Kaz/Young vs. Rellik/Reign was surprisingly good. But then again maybe I shouldn't be surprised. Kaz has a habit of making the best out of a bad situation and EY has been consistently entertaining in just about everything he's done. I also liked the Super Eric bit to end the match. I was very impressed that he was able to get Bubba Tubba Black Regin and Rellik (that's Killer backwards JB! Zoinks! Let's run for it Scoob!) in the DVD. That takes strength.

Women's 3 way was really good, which I expected. I also expected Kong to get the win, which is good. She needs to hold on to the belt for a while. Kong adds so much legitimacy to that entire division just because she clearly isn't the super model type, making it seem like TNA's division is not just a glorified beauty contest.

Fishmarket Streetfight was good for shits and giggles. What more could you expect? It kind of reminded me of the 4 Doinks vs. Bam Bam's Team Surivor Series Match from 1993. Just sheer goofiness for the sake of goofiness. I know I'm in a minority, but I liked it back in 1993, and I like it now. I do wish they had kept the stipulation in place that Team 3D would get fired if they lost the match. It would have been the perfect way of getting rid of the weigh in stiuplation (instead of just saying, "oh we're not doing it anymore") and they could have done an angle where Team 3D comes into Impact every week and fights for their jobs. And if they want to do a feud with the Survivor guys (which I hope they don't), they could have done something where Bubba yells "oh we lose our jobs but you hire the Survivor guys!" and they go from there.

Wow, I put way too much thought into this. Anyways, I was pleasently surprised that Curry Man and Shark Boy got the win. I really like Curry Man, and I think TNA should showcase him heavily.

Booker vs. Roode was a solid match, followed by excellent storyline development. That after match stuff was really well done. I have a funny feeling they might make these two the captains of the Lethal Lockdown teams, but I would prefer it if they kept it a one on one for these guys. I was glad Robert Roode got the win too.

Elevation X was pretty much what I thought it would be. I was still scared as hell because one wrong slip results in an ended career. The final spot was well done, but TNA, Please Don't Do This Match Anymore. It's too dangerous and not necessary. I appreciated the guts from both Rhino & Storm for being willing to do it, but wrestlers put their bodies on the line enough as it is. They shouldn't have to up the danger that much. I mean jeez, Hell in a Cell at least has walking space on top.

Main event was good. Far better than the TP main event a few months back, and once again, I was happy Joe got the win. He needs the momentum heading into Lockdown.

I highly enjoyed Destination X. The only things I didn't like were the Elevation X match in general and the main event was a bit too short imo.

Overall though, the event was highly entertaining and definitly worth the watch.

Just finished the ppv, l loved the wrestling side of the show, the 3-way tag, the KO's title match, the X-title match, the ME, even the monsters tag match that I have to say it was a pleasant surprise pretty much like Petey/Steiner from last month.

On the other hand, the entertaining side of the show I did not like so much....the FMSF was allright but to fucking long for my taste, while the strap match was looking promising but out of nowhere it came to an end and the Elevation-X.....what a disgrace to watch, can't blame the wrestlers on that match but whoever put them there, I think a confrontation between Storm and Rhino would've been perfect before their big match at Lockdown but they did sure fucked it up......

Overall a very good ppv, considering that one of the big 3 is next month. Also, the crowd was great during the whole ppv, I just wished they would've booed the shit out of the Elevation-X match

Well watching the match live, its very easy to become legitimately scared for the wrestlers. Hell the wrestlers looked scared (I thought Rhino was gonna piss himself last year) So to me its hard to say the match was boring just because one wrong move and somebody's career ends. Kind of hard to boo that.

That's what TNA was going for with these matches, but I wish they'd never do it again. Its just way too dangerous.
