Yeah, I'm still thinking that Cage's promo before the match had alot to do with what happened. The "thing he knew" was probably that Tomko was in his pocket, but then it turned out that he wasn't.
As long as Tomko isn't back as Angle' lackey, I'm fine with it.
The 2nd half of the PPV was much better than the first.
The only thing I didn't like about the street fight was the fact that they made Lethal look superhuman and the Machine Guns look weak. They were out for the final like 10 minutes. Lethal should have won faster or they should have come back into the match, even if Lethal ends up getting the pinfall, imo. The guns we're more involved with 3d than Lethal and they definitely should have been involved in ending this match and fued.
Tomko hasn't taken a step back unless he joins up with Angle again. Angle had a shocked look on his face meaning, Tomko coming out wasn't apart of the plan. If it was they probably would have had them hug or smile at each other or something. Tomko attacked Christian, Angle looked shocked as fuck, Tomko left.
Tomko doesn't like either of them, and he's just doing what he said. Being his own man, and making his own decisions.
Ok, so why didnīt Shark Boy attack Angle. That sh*t made no freakin sense at all, especially since Tomko is supposed to be a babyface. Itīs not even like Christian screwed Tomko out of anything. Christian actually has more reasons to be upset with Tomko than the other way around. First Tomko/Styles screwed Cage out of the title to join the Angle alliance, now Tomko screwed Christian out of the title again. As far as I know Christian never called Tomkoīs wife a whore either like Angle.
So how does it make any sense that Tomko would help Angle. If he was on his own, he would have stayed in the back, and maybe challenged the winner on Impact.
Besides the opening very good PPV for TNA. Cage is at the top of his game right now, there isn't a more consistently great performer in mainstream wrestling today than Christian. Wonder were this leads everyone, they need to get the belt off of Angle.

1) Shark Boy?
2) It makes perfect sense. Tomko wasn't so much helping Kurt, he was helping himself. Tomko has a recent non-title victory on Impact over Kurt Angle. It stands to reason that he would be in line for a title shot soon as long as Kurt Angle is still the champ. If Cage were to be champ, Tomko might not be getting his title shot especially if he's buddy buddy with Christian.

1) Iīm sure Shark Boy doesnīt like Christian or Angle, so he could mind his own business by attacking Angle.
2) That would be the only weak explanation, BUT what would stop Christian from screwing Tomko during his title match. So Tomko gained nothing.

Two problems with this.
1. Joe is the number one contender. That's been established. So really Tomko isn't doing anything but starting trouble with a guy who's no longer in the title picture. Meaning if Christian and Tomko have a match between now and the next PPV, and Tomko loses, he's definitely out of the title picture. He would have been better off just not getting involved.
2. From a booking standpoint this is beyond stupid. Kurt's a heel. Christian's a heel. If Tomko is acting heelish, why should I care? He was the single thread in all of this that might keep it together. Now that he's as complex as the rest of them, there's no reason to care.

But your not realizing something, before the Angle/Cage match Cage said "Of course I know something that everyone else doesn't."
That is the whole reasoning behind this, it leads me to believe Cage tried to pay Tomko off and that's something u just don't do.
