I really enjoyed the Tables Match, if we take it out of the A&Es story contest of course. Simple and effective story, heroes and villains, hot crowd, antics, etc. This is not even me marking for Stinger.

We'll agree to disagree here. It just wasn't for me on that night. I can always say maybe it deserves a rematch. I'll grant it that and maybe my opinion will change. It did recently with some matches.

In addition to the WWE DVD's I bought today (post here: http://www.wrestlingforum.com/13804794-post17316.html ) I bought Jeff Jarrett: King of the Mountain DVD. I've been reading some reviews for it and some think it's one of the best DVD's TNA has produced so that's got me excited. For some reason the match list on some websites is different (with some matches only being listed on some websites) but here's the full match list from the TNA website so it should be the most reliable:

2002: Jeff Jarrett vs. Scott Hall (7/2/2002)
2002: Jeff Jarrett vs. Ron Killings (11/20/2002)
2003: Jeff Jarrett, Dusty Rhodes & The Road Warriors vs. Vince Russo, Low Ki, Chris Daniels & Elix Skipper (1/15/03)
2003: Jeff Jarrett vs. AJ Styles (2/19/03)
2003: Jeff Jarrett vs. Raven (4/30/03)
2003: Jeff Jarrett & Sting vs. Sean Waltman & AJ Styles (6/18/03)
2003: Jeff Jarrett vs. AJ Styles
2003: Jeff Jarrett vs. Jim Duggan
2004: Jeff Jarrett vs. Chris Harris
2004: King of the Mountain match (6/2/04)
2004: Jeff Jarrett in a Gauntlet for Gold Match
2004: Jeff Jarrett vs. Jeff Hardy (Victory Road 2004)
2004: Jeff Jarrett vs. Monty Brown (12/3/04)
2005: Jeff Jarrett vs. Kevin Nash (Against All Odds 2005)
2005: Jeff Jarrett vs. Rhino
2006: Jeff Jarrett, Abyss, & Chris Harris and James Storm vs. Rhino, Ron Killings, Brother Ray & Brother Devon
Lockdown 2006: Lethal Lockdown match
2006: Jeff Jarrett & Scott Steiner vs. Sting & Samoa Joe
2006 King of the Mountain match
2006: Jeff Jarrett vs. Samoa Joe (No Surrender 2006)
2006: Jeff Jarrett vs. Sting (Bound For Glory 2006)
Lockdown 2007: Lethal Lockdown match
2008: Jeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle (Bound for Glory 2008)

*bonus matches include

March 5th 1986: Jeff Jarrett's first ever TV appearance
March 12th 1986: Jeff Jarrett vs. Tony Falk
December 26th 1987: Jeff Jarrett vs. Hector Guerrero
February 6th 1988: Jeff Jarrett vs. Jerry Lawler
September 20th 1988: Jeff Jarrett & Bill Dundee vs. Gary Young & Cactus Jack

Documentary and exclusive interviews and stuff should be good too. It's just a shame we can't see any of his late WWF/WCW stuff.

Many of these matches I haven't seen since I watched them live many years ago, and some I haven't seen at all like the 02-03 matches and the bonus matches.

USWA matches should be fun. If not good considering he has a match vs Lawler.

Is one of those matches vs Styles in the cage? I know they've had a few matches. Most of them run around in my mind except for the one from Hard Justice 2005.

I'm not sure.

I've edited my post with the dates of some of the matches I could find, but I can't find all of them which brings to question if all these matches listed are actually on the DVD, but as I say, I copied it from the TNA shop website so I would think there own website would be the most reliable. But when I've got different sites with different match lists it's confusing.

Example:

http://shoptna.com/jeff-jarrett---ki...-mountain.aspx
http://www.highspots.com/p/21078.html

The second website has a few matches missing from the first list, but the second website has a Jarrett/Roode match that isn't on the first list.

I think the Highspots one might be legit. Either the Roode match is or isn't on it. Hopefully it is b/c it's a good match.

Looked it up and nah, the Steel Cage didn't make it. 2 out of 6 of their matches in TNA made the set. I should see how all of their matches rank up. Hard Justice is solid at best. Wonder if any of the previous (or forgotten bout in early 2010) have it beat. Think the 2010 one does actually. I liked it when it originally aired.

If it is then it's more legit than the TNA website then, lol.

I remember that Roode/Jarrett match, was the one where Roode went over right? Was quite surprised when that happened at the time.

Is the Jarrett/AJ cage match good then? Worth checking out?

Yep, that's the one. Sacrifice 2007. Such a good, forgotten PPV. Probably one of TNA's all around best actually.

ummm. Honestly it's been so long that I really couldn't tell you. I doubt that it's bad. Don't know if it is "really good/great" however. Styles wins the championship to end it. That's why it sticks out so much for me and I think it made AJ's original set. Which makes sense as to why it was avoided (plus the loss) for Jarrett's.

Think this Jarrett/Styles project should be done now.

In fairness, Sting has been absolute garbage since he came to TNA. He hasn't had one good performance. The best match anyone can ever argue is him and Angle at BFG 07 and I largely attribute that one to Angle. Last Sting match I can honestly say I loved was him/DDP from Nitro in 99. Everything else has ranged from DUD - solid at best.

Not defending Sting whatsoever cause he's stunk it up big time the past couple years, but I love his match with Abyss from Genesis '06. I know the ending is stupid but it's just a ridiculously entertaining brawl. That's probably the best performance I've actually seen from him in TNA by far.
