I remember that being fun. Only recall his flip spot off the stage though so if someone asks me where I rate it, I couldn't tell ya. Wouldn't know if it held up or not.

What. The. Fuck. Seriously where do I even begin?
~ Pyro goes off at the start and the fans are showing their raging SILENCE~ They're we lukewarm at best from the outset of the show. Yikes. How does this make 2 hours and 55 minutes? I have no idea. All I know is that it feels like 4 until it finishes.
~ Wolfe vs Dinero, fine enough opener. Almost makes you think this show has a chance. Wolfe carry job. He's great. Always has been. Dinero is hit and miss. Seems to be more miss than hit though. This work since he let Wolfe do all the work till he (Dinero) came back to hit two big moves and win.
~ Ok, here is where the pain begins. It's a Matt Morgan match so I wasn't excited to begin with. Then he DICTATES THE PACE OF THE MATCH the entire time. Are you kidding me? Matt fucking Morgan? Dictating the pace? Who's idea was this, that's what I need to know. Hernandez does a dive to the outside and kayfabe hurts himself. Then Morgan hammerlocks Hernandez' arm, throws into a normal covered turnbuckle. Goes for the cover, moderately hooks the tights and wins. I legit burst out laughing. Hard. That finish wasn't bullshit it was just BAD. Weak on astronomical levels
~ Angle vs Anderson was just there. Is was dull and whatever. At least it prevented from being a DUD. Which was all too common on this show. Anderson wins dirty here yada yada yada. I was actually pulling for Kurt even though I knew he didn't win. b/c Kurt's random slew of mess in matches is > Ken Anderson working anything.
~ Ok, I'm a huge Foley fan. That's no secret. But god dammit. Why? Lets stand out there and avoid hitting each other with a barbed wire bat b/c they don't want to please Bischoff. Not even the random use of thumtacks could save this 7 minute hugfest. Terrible. Mick you are SO much better than this. Abyss as a face here was terrible at this point so it didn't surprise me. Thank sweet baby science he went back to a monster heel later in the year.
~ What's next...oh fuck me. Dudleys vs Nasty Boys. Yeah...it's exactly as bad as you expect. Watch if you feel like seeing a botched Rock Bottom, Jerry Sags walk the wrong way to the tag corner, and Taz yell "WHO?!" when Tenay mentions Jimmy Hart is at ringside.
~ Another Matt Morgan match? and it's
exactly worked like his match vs Hernandez? FUCK. So yeah...exact carbon copy here. Which makes it terrible. Luckily Dinero wins. He's certainly the lesser of two evils here.
~ Some leg work occurs. Think it comes into play for the finish. Whatever. Abyss & Anderson just feel like their out there. It's not quite a DUD, but it's not anything good either.
~ Ok, a match I was actually looking forward to. I knew it wouldn't have saved the show, but dammit I need SOMETHING to put over. And not a 7 minute carry job a la the opener. Luckily this was good. Something managed to hit the *** mark on this PPV. A miracle in the truest sense of the word. However, this bout was underwhelming for those involved. Not so much on a crowd aspect like how Styles vs Daniels Final Resolution '09 was. This merely was worked...differently than their past matches. It's like they aren't in the X-Division anymore so they decide to turn the volume down. It was worked pretty slowly and not exactly the best way either. If the leg work on Joe would have been done from the start, believe it or not, I think I would have liked it more. God forbid Joe could have sold it at the ending sequence too. He's flying all around that ring ignoring the leg that got wrapped around the ring post by Flair then subsequently attacked by Styles. Good match, yet could have been sooooo much better. Makes you wonder what happened since these two stole the show 3 times over on PPV in 2005 and on a 2007 PPV.
~ CRAPPPPPP. In response to a review for the finals I'll say that it was done exactly like No Surrender 2012 (even though this came first...) Only hard to believe, I'd say No Surrender's Hardy vs Bully match was booked worse than this. This was Anderson dominating for 12 minutes on an "injured" Dinero for him to his his finisher and win. Kill me now. The Hardy vs Bully match was the ultimate garbage, pathetic overkill that this managed to avoid. Only hilariously enough, I think this finals could have benefited from an overkill finishers finale. Anderson doing a horrid beatdown for 10+ minutes is painful for any and everybody who sees it.
So long story short this is without a doubt the worst TNA PPV in their 10 year history. Destination X 2007 is better. Lockdown 2008 is better. Everything else is better. One of the worst PPVs I've seen in the history of pro wrestling. It wasn't even fun. So it was like a chore to finish and it was legit embarrassing that a company would pump it out. I wonder if I'll ever watch it again. Don't think so.
