I'm not a fan of giving ratings, but I can describe AGA07 to you.

First of all, No Surrender 2007 was awesome. It's one of the best PPVs TNA put on in 2007.

AGA07 didn't fair quite as well I'm sorry to say.

LAX vs. Team 3D: Little Italy Streetfight - Utterly ridiculous. Back then TNA seemed to have a hard on for doing these matches with ridiculous sets (the most recent example would be the Fishmarket match) This one was just silly though, and not in a good way. These two teams had a match at DX that was much better.

Senshi vs. Austin Starr - Average match. Nothing to get too excited about. Their match at D-X was much better.

Christy Hemme vs. Big Ft Oily Naked Guy: Tuxedo Match - Do you even want me to comment on this? It sucked.

Lance Hoyt vs. Dale Torborg: Basebrawl II - OK big man match. There were some minor botches, but given Torborg not being a regular, it wasn't too horrible.

AJ Styles vs. Rhino: Chain Match - I couldn't understand why this was a chain match as they never really built the match up to be that (and they easily good have. Just say that this is the match Rhino wanted so AJ couldn't run away from him) However, the match was pretty good as expected from these two. One of the best matches on the show.

Lynn vs. Sabin: X Title - Surprisingly bad match. Very slow and the fans were dead silent the entire time. DX07 match was much better (been saying that a lot)

Petey Williams & Gail Kim vs. James Storm & Jackie Moore - This was actually a fun match. The teams had a pretty good Bullrope match at DX, but this match was fine too.

Sting vs. Abyss: Prisonyard Match - I actually enjoyed this match. Unlike the Little Italy match, the set up for this one was actually pretty fucking cool. Nice violent hardcore match. This was probably my favorite match on the card.

Angle vs. Cage; World Title - Good match, but nowhere near as good as their recent work. I think the problem was that Cage was clearly defined as a heel, but Angle wasn't defined clearly one way or the other, so it was kind of awkward. Also having Joe in Angle's corner seemed kind of weird because they had been trying to kill each other over the previous months (and it kept Joe from having a match of his own)

Overall, I'd say you should only get this one to complete your collection if your a die hard TNA and want to have every PPV on DVD. The only match that I thought was really really really good was Sting vs. Abyss, and some of the other matches were pretty awful, most notably the disappointing Lynn vs. Sabin match.

^^^

Nowhere near as good as the two previous Turning Points (which are two of the best PPVs TNA has put on IMO), but still a pretty good show over all.

- The X Division Elimination Match for the PCS was pretty damn good. Great way to open up the show.

- Next up was Eric Young vs. Ms Brooks in a Bikini Contest. The segment is funny, so if you like comedic segments, then you'll enjoy it. However, I do wish they had done this on Impact and put another match on the show instead.

- Christopher Daniels vs. Chris Sabin for the X title with Jerry Lynn as Guest referee - A really good X Title Match (which is to be expected from these two) Not quite as good as the Genesis 2006 match these two had, but still an impressive bout.

- AJ Styles vs. Rhino - I really enjoyed this match. It was the bout that solidified AJ Styles of a heel and it came off perfectly. These two meshed very well together and I liked the clashing of styles in this bout (pardon the pun)

- LAX vs. AMW in a Flag Match - Another really good match up. I wish they had gotten more out of this feud as I think these two teams could have done some pretty good stuff with each other (I would have prefered AMW vs. LAX at Lockdown over the Electified Cage Match they had with Team 3D, but whatever)

- Abyss vs. Sting vs. Christian Cage: World Title 3 Way - Iffy match. It was ok, but something about it just didn't click with me. The Elimination 3 Way they had at FR was very good (I thought that match was better than Joe/Angle Ironman TBH) but this one was probably the weakest match on the show.

- Angle vs. Joe II - Awesome match. It seems like every Turning Point has one truly awesome match that sets the World on fire. In 2004 it was AMW vs. XXX Six Sides of Steel, In 2005 it was AJ vs. Joe for the X Title, and the most recent in 2007 gave us Gail vs. Kong which many said was the best Women's Match in ages. This is 2006 Turning Point's awesome classic, but IMO it was by far the best match that Angle & Joe had together.

- At some point on the show they had a long promo from VKM. Feel free to skip that.

Turning Point 2006 had its downers, but the positives far outweighed the negatives. Angle vs. Joe II is the main reason to pick it up (I don't think its available on any other DVD to date) and there are plenty of other really good matches to keep people satisfied as well.
