Sacrifice 2007

X Division Championship
Chris Sabin(c) vs. Sonjay Dutt vs. "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal - ***3/4

Jeff Jarrett vs. Robert Roode - ***1/4

Christopher Daniels vs. Rhino - **3/4

Handicap Match
Kip James vs. Basham & Damaja - DUD

Texas Death Match
Chris Harris vs. James Storm - ****1/4

X Division Four Way
Jerry Lynn vs. Senshi vs. Tiger Mask IV vs. Alex Shelley - **3/4

NWA World Tag Team Championship
Team 3D(c) vs. LAX vs. Scott Steiner & Tomko - **1/2

Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles - ***1/2

NWA World Heavyweight Championship
Christian Cage(c) vs. Sting vs. Kurt Angle - ***1/4

Overall: 8/10

- X division opener was awesome. Great action with an unfolding story between Dutt and Lethal.

- Jarrett/Roode was great. False finishes and shena....ns made for a really fun match and Roode's biggest win of his career to that point.

- Daniels/Rhino was much better than expected. Some solid armwork and psychology on Daniels' part.

- It's funny how Christy Hemme was always preaching how women deserve to be in this business for more than their bodies but she constantly wore the sluttiest outfits of any diva/knockout I've ever seen. Not that I'm complaining.

- Texas Death Match was so damn good. There was so much blood and the blade jobs were so subtle you'd almost think it was real. Who knows, maybe some fo it was. A perfect blowoff to a feud, which is something TNA just cannot do these days.

- X Division 4-way was kinda disappointing. Pretty slow in the first half because everyone was doing submissions for some reason. Tiger Mask wasn't all that impressive either. He was slow and his timing wasn't too great.

- Joe/AJ clearly wasn't their best match but it was still great. Funny ending too.

- The main event was a really fun sprint with some good spots but it was brought down by good ol TNA's booking. What made it worse was that the PPV instantly ended afterwards. No instant replay, no explanation, just cut off. Still a damn good show, one of TNA's best for sure.

TNA Bound For Glory 2007:

1) LAX vs Low Ki/Elix Skipper - ***1/2
2) Reverse Battle Royal Thing - **1/4
3) AJ Styles/Travis Tomko vs Ron Killings/Concequences Creed - ***1/4
4) Jay Lethal vs Christopher Daniels - ***1/2
5) Team 3D vs Steiner Brothers - **
6) Knockouts Gauntlet - **
7) Samoa Joe vs Christian Cage - ****
8) Abyss vs Rhino vs Raven vs Black Reign - **1/2
9) Kurt Angle vs Sting - ***1/2

Great ppv. TNA delivered here for their major event. I can certainly recommend it. Especially during such an overbooked lame year.

Re: Official TNA DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread

You know it bro. I might check out No Surrender 07 and see how well the Christian vs Joe match was from that event.

If this tournament actually finishes legit and lasts through No Surrender and the winner actually main events Bound for Glory, I will fly to Orlando and give Vince Russo a hand job.

Doesn't surprise me. Heard that was the cream of the crop when it came to their matches.
