Pretty good deal IMO I mean with VR 04 you get the first ever TNA Sunday PPV so you at least got some historic and its a fun event.Turning Point 04 has an underrated X Division Title Match Plus One of TNAs best matches in AMW vs XXX.Final Resolution the last 3 matches make the event worth watching.Against All Odds gives you a good Iron Man Match and a better than expected Main Event.Lockdown 05 gives you another great and top 10 TNA match.Hard Justice really just has a awesome TNA moment at the time thats about it.Now with Sacrifice TNA PPVs picked up u get a suprisingly good Lynn vs Waltman a fun Abyss vs Hoyt,an awesome Joe vs Styles match and a fun hardcore Main Event.3 Way Styles vs Daniels vs Joe thats all u need. BFG is supposed to be their big event but kind of doesnt feel like it with only the good Monsters Ball and Iron Man Match. Now Genesis 05 is still 1 of my favorite events Debut of a certain Peep,Elimination X,Styles vs Petey and a fun 6 Man Main Event. And Turning Point 05 is still one of TNA's best Barbed Wire Massacre,Joe vs Styles,Cage vs Brown,AMW vs 3D,Jarrett vs Rhino just sayin u got a good deal.

& OMG is the X-Division title match at Turning Point 04 fucking EPIC, that is easily one of my fav TNA matches of all time.

Just about agreed, yeah, though for me it's between this and Lockdown 2006.

BFG 2007 shows how deep a roster TNA has had and how versatile a show they could produce.

-Ultimate X is a hot opener between two great tag teams.
-Team Pacman vs. Styles & Tomko turned out to be a very nice surprise thanks to the subraction of Adam Jones and the addition of Consequences Creed.
-Lethal/Daniels is a good mid-card title match.
-Steiners/Team 3D is an old-fashioned brawl.
-the KOs division is introduced here at its best.
-Joe/Christian is a great co-main event.
-Monster's Ball is a fun garbage match.
-Angle/Sting is an excellent main event, a dream match that got enough time, had great action, a good ending, and really lived up to the hype.

Angle vs. Sting had already taken place, thus, not a dream match.

It was average work, not coming close to the true classics that both men had in their careers up to that point.

It was also your average Raw main event, complete with smoke-and-mirrors bullshit that didn't add to the match.

Kurt Angle vs. Sting (BFG) ****1/4

Fuck, I loved it. That smoke-and-mirrors shit worked fine I think. It created some extra drama, and the right guy won.

The match that you're referring to, the four minute tease that opened iMPACT! a few months earlier was just that...a tease. It wasn't a full-blown match, like Samoa Joe vs. Rob Van Dam, or the first time they did Sting vs. Jeff Hardy. Those were "dream" matches given away, this was just a taste of seeing the two biggest names in TNA, who had never faced each other before, in the same ring together, somewhat like Sting vs. Hulk Hogan on Nitro in 1995. The real match had yet to take place. So no, it is a "dream" match, unless you consider that four minute tease a "dream" match.

And to each his own on the quality of the match. But for me, for Sting to have that kind of match in late 2007 is nothing short of amazing. The action was simple, but effective, the atmostphere was intense, and they both pulled out some special stuff. It was also okay for Sting to go over, because it wasn't going to send back Kurt at all.

Started watching good shit from TNA.

AJ and Angle just never truly clicked in 2009-10. Whether it was just doing moves (1/4), or lack of drama (Genesis), or bad booking (1/21), they just never really clicked like we dreamed of them doing before Angle ever came to TNA. The 2008 matches were pretty great, but these two never put together a match that almost unaminously is looked upon as a true MOTYC. I hope that they do before they retire.

AJ vs. Joe from Against All Odds was an ever bigger disappointment. It was on the verge of being a good title match until that crowd-killing finish. Flatter than Joanie Laurer in 1997.

Hopefully the good shit from Lockdown (RVD vs. James Storm, Angle vs. Ken Anderson, and AJ vs. Pope) produce something better than what I've seen.
