and a lot of people hated Hard Justice that year, but I thought the above shows were much worse.
I'd replace Victory Road with No Surrender for worst of 06. There was the great Ultimate X but just about everything else on the show was bad.

Hard Justice 06 was a really underrated show as well.

Lockdown
Slammiversary (despite the awful ending)
No Surrender

Best PPVs of 2007
Destination X (more entertaining than actually good; reminds me a lot of Great American Bash 2000.
Slammiversary 2007 (an absolute mess, but a lot of fun, too)
Bound for Glory 2007 (The best TNA ppv ever and one of the greatest ppvs of all time)

Worst PPVs of 2007
Lockdown 2007 (a tremendous main event couldn't save the show from TWO of the worst matches of 2007).
Turning Point 2007 (awful on so many levels)

I'd say remove BFG and put in hard justice personally. I felt BFG that year was pretty overrated.

Hard Justice was indeed very good, but I still think BFG belongs in the top 3 except for the bimbo brawl there wasn't a bad match on the card. Angle/Jarret was great, Joe/Sting, Triple threat, Monsters Ball, Steel Asylum were all very good.

I hated Joe/Sting. All it was was Joe squashing Sting, and Sting hitting 3 moves and winning basically. Angle/Jarrett was very good, the triple threat the wrong guy went over who did basically nothing in the match. The monster's ball was solid besides Mongo being shit at points and the Steel Asylum was fine.

Turning Point - Four main events and a solid undercard, can't ask for much more than that.

Bound for Glory - Not as good as the event a year before, but every match was good to very good, and despite the so so main event, it still felt like a big deal and is better than any Starrcade main event from '94 on.

Worst
Sacrifice - It's because of PPVs like this that I don't go out and buy every TNA PPV on DVD, because there are some that are so terrible, that I would actually pay money to keep them OUT of my collection. This show was a failure on so many levels; as bad as Turning Point '07, if not worse. The ENTIRE night was dedicated to a tournament for the tag titles, putting together bullshit impromptu teams in matches that didn't seem worthy of iMPACT!, culminating yet again in Team 3D against LAX. There was no undercard, the makeover battle royal was a joke, and because Kurt Angle was injured, TNA dedided to replace him...with KAZ. Kazarian is a great talent, but had no business in the main event with Joe and Steiner. Awful show.

SLAMMIVERSARY 2010

Kurt Angle vs Kazarian **** (Excellent opener with fast pace and attractive counters)

Douglas Williams vs Brian Kendrick *** (Very good storytelling and stiff action all around)

Madison Rayne vs Roxxi **1/4 (Rayne was on fire here. Very good promo and work)

Brother Ray vs Jesse Neal ** (Didn't like the whole segment, but the in-ring action was fine)

Abyss vs Desmond Wolfe ***1/2 (Awesome hardcore encounter)

Hernandez vs Matt Morgan ** (Morgan was hilarious, and Hernandez told good story about him being really pissed off, and wanting nothing but revenge)

AJ Styles vs Jay Lethal ***1/2 (Very good match)

Beer Money Inc. vs Mr. Anderson & Jeff Hardy *** (Enjoyable match with good story behind it. Very good tag bout)

Rob Van Dam vs Sting *1/2 (Worst match of the night, and totally unnecessary for company's #2 PPV)
