Exactly his entrance to thecompany was amesome and he was actually made a big deal and should have took the beltfrom Jarrett in their first match. What was the storyline thatwent nowhere?

That fucking nonsense "Controversy in Canada". Raven defended the title against Jarrett on some show run by Scott D'Amore and AMW made some run in and turned heel (yeah, a title change AND and major heel turn in someone else's promotion). It was an awful attempt to create buzz and mimic the Montreal Screwjob.

Eventually Larry Z got involved and was like behind the screwjob then had Raven wrestle a bunch of people from his past (Justin Credible, Chris Kanyon, etc). It was fucking awful and had no real payoff.

Talking about it makes my head hurt and how Raven put up with that bullshit and didn't quit baffles me to this day.

His reign in 2005 was good though and ended way too premature in favor for a storyline that went fucking nowhere and made no sense at all.
And they had a different head booker back then.

People should blame Dixie for the storyline making no sense most of the time, TNA have had 3-4 head bookers and still have the same problem.

The bookers gets all the head yet not the person who has the final say..

Can't remember, but knowing TNA, he probably did. That is by far the most retarded storyline/angle TNA has ever run. Makes some of the shit they do today look genius.

They always had, SM™, it doesnt matter who is the head booker.

In 2006, there was a no contest in a Fall Counts Anywhere match between Monty and Rhino, a NO CONTEST in a no DQ match.., it was during the D'Amore Era.

Jarrett was the one who would have booked all of that in 2005/2006. He's also the man who considers Russo to be a good booker and was on the booking team with him and Dutch Mantell for years. It may have been a different booker, but it was still the same type of booker.

When and where was this? Not the match at Victory Road, because that was a regular match.
