It's still not very good imo, but I definately prefer it to the original PPV banner. That was horrible!

Re: Official TNA DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread

How many 5 star matches do you guys think TNA has had over the years? I really can't think of many looking back.. AJ vs Joe vs Daniels is the only thing that REALLY comes to mind.

Must Be Nice

To be honest, I'm not so harsh when it comes to the ratings. These are my standards:

****+.........excellent/classic(not always)/amazing

*****.........masterpieces

The AJ DVD's are terrific, as is the Angle one!

Did you get them from ShopTNA? If so, how much was postage and everything?

Re: Official TNA DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread

Hard Justice 2005:
Sonni Siaki/Apollo vs Team Canada ***. Very solid match to open the pay per view.

Matt Bentley/Trinity vs Chris Sabin/Tracy-**1/2. The action with Bently and Sabin was good, but I dont think the knockouts were clicking. By no means a stinker though.
Raven vs Sean Waltmen ***3/4. I might bump this up to 4 stars. I loved this match. Waltmen did an excellent job filling in for Jeff Hardy.

Monty Brown/Kip James vs DDP/Ron Killings **3/4. Fun short tag match. Ending sucked balls though.

The Naturals vs Americas Most Wanted. ****. Let me say, Tnas tag division at one point, may have been the best Ive ever seen. A tremendous match. Some people overrated it because of the Candido factor, but this is straight from my heart. This is great tag team wrestling.

Christopher Daniels vs Shocker ***1/2. Dang good X division contest. I felt at times that Daniels was to quick for Shocker. Is it me, or does Shocker have like a huge chest and kinda small arms?

Ganulet for the Gold ***1/4. Pretty fun battle royal. What made it better was the final 5 minutes or so.

Jeff Jarrett vs AJ Styles ****. A tremendous main event. IMO, Jeff Jarretts year long title reign is the best Ive ever seen in TNA. A usual Jarrett match is lots of brawling with some good spots. Hardly ever do we get to see the in ring brilliance he brings. Along with AJ Styles, they made for a masterpiece.

Overall I was very pleased with this show. There was not one bad match, which is hard to say for any pay per view in the last ten years. Man I miss TNA 2004-early 2006.

R.I.P. Warrior.
