Never saw it, lol. When did it take place?

Year 3 = Mid June 2004-Slammiversary 2005

Year 3 saw some major developments for TNA. In addition to establishing a format for their weekly show on FSN, TNA dropped the weekly PPVs at the end of the summer & soon moved to a tradition monthly PPV format with their first show, Victory Road, taking place in November. This was where they started to pick up some really big names to help raise awareness for the show like Jeff Hardy, DDP, & The Outsiders. But it was the TNA originals who really shined this year with AJ Styles & America's Most Wanted giving us some of the best work of their careers. They also tried more experimenting with the PPV format including the first ever all steel cage PPV Lockdown. The FSN deal came to an end prior to Slammiversary, but bigger days were ahead.

1) America's Most Wanted vs. Triple X: Six Sides of Steel (Turning Point 2004) = Best Match in TNA History!!! It was one of the best cage matches I've ever seen as well. Fantastic Match.

2) AJ Styles (c) vs. Christopher Daniels: X Division Championship 30 Min Ironman Match (Against All Odds 2005) = One of the greatest X Title matches in TNA history. Great work from both guys & a fantastic win for The Phenomenal One.

3) Petey Williams (c) vs. AJ Styles vs. Chris Sabin: X Division Championship Ultimate X Match (Final Resolution 2005) = Of all the Ultimate X Matches in TNA history, this one was definitely the best. It was an awesome action packed display that showed off the danger & excitement of the Ultimate X better than any other.

4) Petey Williams (c) vs. Chris Sabin: X Division Championship (Turning Point 2004) = This is definitely a forgotten classic from TNA, but I'd say its one of the best X Title matches that didn't include AJ, Joe, Daniels, or Lynn. Awesome match up.

5) Team Canada (c) vs. America's Most Wanted: NWA Tag Team Championship (Final Resolution 2005) = You don't see many tag team matches as good as this one these days, but this one was amazing and probably the best non gimmicked tag team match in TNA history (although AMW & Beer Money would give us a few contenders)

6) AJ Styles vs. Abyss: Six Sides of Steel (Lockdown 2005) = The very first Lockdown main event closed the show out with a bang and another great match between these two TNA Originals.

7) The Naturals (c) vs. America's Most Wanted: NWA Tag Team Championship (Hard Justice 2005) = This was unofficially the "Chris Candido Tribute Match" as the match took place shortly after his passing & he was paired with The Nats prior to his untimely passing. The match was emotionally charged because of that and gave us outstanding tag action throughout.

8) Jeff Jarrett (c) vs. Monty Brown: NWA World Championship (Impact December 2004) = The Best Impact match of the FSN days, this bout was a major reason why everybody thought Monty Brown was a main event star in the making. He came off looking like Superman after this match & people thought his time would come. Didn't happen, but its a great match anyway.

9) America's Most Wanted vs. The Naturals: Six Sides of Steel (July 2004) = The very first Six Sides of Steel match is often overlooked but it was a hell of a match & yet another great match in the rivalry between these two teams.

10) AJ Styles (c) vs. Michael Shane vs. Frankie Kazarian: X Division Championship Ultimate X Match (August 2004) = This was the first Ultimate X that I ever saw and the concept just blew my mind. Great action & the idea of AJ having to fight off two men was pretty cool.

Year 4 = Post Slammy 05-Slammiversary 2006

In all honesty, I think Year 4 might be my favorite time period for TNA. They got off to a hard start by not having a TV deal for the summer following Slammiversary, but the ring work was strong, and they came onto SpikeTV with a huge spark. The signings of Christian Cage, Sting, Rhino, Scott Steiner, & Team 3D added alot to the promotion to compliment their own talents like Jarrett, AMW, & Abyss. And during this time, the X Division probably reached its highest point with AJ, Joe, & Daniels setting the world on fire with their feud. Samoa Joe in particular was the break out star of the year with his undefeated streak & rise through the ranks.

1) AJ Styles (c) vs. Samoa Joe: X Division Championship (Turning Point 2005) = Alot of people would give it to the UB 3 Way, but this is my personal favorite X Title match in TNA history. Fantastic "David vs. Goliath" approach & the best 1 on 1 outing between the two by far.

2) Christopher Daniels (c) vs. AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe: X Division Championship (Unbreakable 2005) = Yeah this one has to be on the list. I'll probably get blasted for not having it at number 1, but whatever. Fantastic 3 way.

3) America's Most Wanted (c) vs. AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels: NWA Tag Team Championship (Slammiversary 2006) = Easily one of the best Tag Team matches in TNA's history with a fantastic feud & a great pay off. AJ & Daniels rank right up with AMW, XXx, Beer Money, & LAX as one of the greatest teams in company history & this was their big night.

4) Christian Cage (c) vs. Abyss: NWA World Championship Six Sides of Steel Match (Lockdown 2006) = This match was BRUTAL! Very violent & very intense from start to finish. Loved it.

5) Christopher Daniels (c) vs. Samoa Joe: X Division Championship (Impact April 2006) = I'm very happy that alot of people agree with me that this is the greatest match in Impact history. Its had some recent contenders like AJ/Angle's two great matches, but I'd say this is still my favorite.

6) Jerry Lynn vs. Sean Waltman (Sacrifice 2005) = This is a very underrated match. Alot of people praise the AJ/Joe match from this show, but I thought this match between old school rivals was the showstealer. Great match.

7) Jeff Jarrett (c) vs. Christian Cage: NWA World Championship (Against All Odds 2006) = For Christian Cage fans, this is a must see, because this was him finally getting a big break & winning a much deserved World Title in what was a great old school type of match.

8) Sting, AJ Styles, Rhino, & Ron Killings vs. Jeff Jarrett, Scott Steiner, & America's Most Wanted: Lethal Lockdown Match (Lockdown 2006) = By far my favorite Lethal Lockdown to date. It was unbelivably good with all 8 guys putting on a great performance. AJ's spot at the end was just insane.

9) AJ Styles (c) vs. Christopher Daniels: X Division Championship 30 Min Ironman Match (Bound for Glory 2005) = Not as good as the first one, but still one awesome display between two of the very best X Division stars.

10) Jeff Hardy vs. Abyss vs. Rhino vs. Sabu: Monster's Ball Match (Bound for Glory 2005) = It had about as much psychology as a psycho ward, but for pure wild & crazy hardcore action, it was pretty awesome.

dying here, with the new three pack apparently not being released in Canada. Can't find it anywhere which sucks cause Turning Point and Final Resolution were both outstanding shows.

Last weekly PPV of 2002. Red & SAT also had a really good match against the Flying Elvises in July of 02. That one is on dailymotion.

Have to say that I like this CTL set more than the other two.
A) It is in one regular DVD box with all 3 actual DVDs inside of it.
B) Widescreen finally!
C) Final Resolution has the ShopTNA holiday ad on it. ;-)

As far as the shows go, they are as good as I remember (particularly TP and FR). I still will call Turning Point one of the top shows that TNA has ever done and FR is not too far behind.

This is just my personal ratings.
Turning Point 2009
-Amazing Red vs. Homicide ***1/4 (Nice to see a non-spotty style of X-Division match.)
-KO's Title/KO's tag title match. **
-MCMG/Beer Money/British Invasion *** (Could have been better if not for the Nash involvement.)
-Tara/Kong ***1/4 (Probably my favorite Knockout's match from last year.)
-Rhino & 3D/Morgan & Hernandez & Pope ***
-Steiner/Lashley **
-Nigel/Angle ****1/4 With a bit more time, it could have been even more amazing.
-AJ/Daniels/Joe ****3/4 - ***** (I know some people will disagree, but I love this match as much as Unbreakable.)

Final Resolution 2009
MCMG/British Invasion ***1/2 (Good opener choice. Magnus kicked out of too much shit though.)
Tara/ODB * Meh
Feast or Fired * Meh
8-man tag ** Decent
Lashley/Steiner **
Abyss & Foley/Raven & Stevie **1/2 Fun
Nigel/Angle **** (Second fall was the best. Had the third fall been better, I would have liked this a lot more than the first match.)
AJ/Daniels ****3/4 (Again I know some people will disagree, but this was probably my favorite encounter of theirs. Christopher Daniels delivered the two performances of the year for TNA and TNA just totally fucked him. Such a shame.

Against All Odds 2010
Nigel/Pope *** (Not as good as Genesis which I had at ***1/2, but that got more time.)
Morgan/Hernandez 1/2* Really did not care for this
Anderson/Angle **3/4 to ***
Abyss/Foley * (Better than their horrid BFG match at least)
Nastys/3D DUD
Pope/Morgan **
Anderson/Abyss *1/2
AJ/Joe ***3/4 (Not as good as their 05 matches, but probably my favorite encounter of theirs since those.)
Pope/Anderson **3/4

As far as overall ratings for the shows go, I'd give TP a 9/10, FR an 8/10, and AAO a 5.5/10.
