Since all those WWE guys came into TNA, the X-division is simply pushed away. Don't get me wrong, I love Angle, Cage and Booker T, but since they came, the X-division is a shadow of what it once was.
Where is the time when an X-division title match was the ME of the PPV or the ME of Impact.

You are all forgetting AJ/Daniels/Joe at Against All Odds 2006. How would you rate that one?

The only X-Division Title match that ever mainevented a TNA PPV was AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Christopher Daniels from Unbreakable. The X-Division did get alot of upper-card use, but that is the only title match that main evented a PPV. And rightfully so.

But it's not Angle, Cage, and Booker who kind of shrugged the X-Division off some, it's the fact that guys like Joe and Styles are in the heavyweight division now and aren't X-Division challengers. Then you got Shelley and Sabin in the tag division. Homicide is in the tag division. Rave in the tag division. Daniels is kind of back and forth between all the divisions. These guys moved on from the division.

Even though they moved on though, The X-Division Style will always be in TNA, and TNA will always be the X-Division style.

If TNA wants to get it back to that point, there going to have to add some depth to the X-Division again. Consistent depth is one of the things that made the X-Division so great.

Cool. Hey all, I am going to start posting TNA PPV reviews of this year. By The Way, I would just like to say that I have a few more ratings I would like to give:


Bound For Glory 07: Christian Cage vs. Samoa Joe ****1/2
Great solid match between these two. Correct length and very good ending. Needed more of emotion and hatred behind it for it to be a higher rating.

Genesis 06: Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe ****
Great Match again, not as amazing as I hoped for. Still looking back it showed a great match. Only other thing I did not like is that Kurt came in and beat there top guy in his first PPV match (But that did not affect the rating). Was too short though or this would have been ****1/2

Iron Man Match: Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe ***3/4
Not as good as there 1st encounter. Also it was only 30 minutes with each wrestling looking weak by loosing at early points. The finish came off to me as anti-climatic. I personally dislike 30 minute Iron Man Matches, 2/3 falls match is better suited for that time limit.
