$30? That's ridiculous...

I just got done watching all the matches from this year's Turing Point. Here are my ratings:

3D and Devine/MCMG and Lethal - Tables: **3/4
Sky and Love/ODB and Roxxi: 3/4*
Young/Storm: **1/2
Feast or Fried Battle Royal: *
Gail/Kong: ***
Abyss and Raven/Reign and Rellick - 10,000 Tacks: *1/2
Booker and Kaz/Cage and Roode: ***1/4
Joe, Nash, and Young/Angle, AJ, and Tomko: **

A bad PPV. Arguably the worst of the year.

I would bump 3D/Devine vs MCMG/Lethal up to *** but other than that I pretty much agree with everything else.

BTW, to the person who wanted to get Sacrifice 07. I'm pretty sure right now you can get free shipping on orders of atleast $50, so if you can spend that much you could get that DVD plus a couple more.

I think they had Sacrifice 06 and Unbreakable 05 on sale for 7 bucks each and both of those are very good shows. That was a couple days ago, so they might be sold out now.

If not, you could get those two plus Sacrifice 07 and pick out one more full price DVD to bring you over 50 bucks. Then you would get like 4 DVD's for 54 bucks which comes out to like $13.50 each which isn't bad.

At a store generally most TNA DVD's I see are usually $17-20 brand new unless there new released, so $13 isn't bad at all.

theres a cheaper 10 dollar shipping option but that's still a lot for one DVD being shipped.

Yeah it really is worth it to spend $50 and then get free shipping. I am pretty sure they still have this going on at the moment.

If your gonna just buy one DVD, it's really not worth even ordering it online unless you really want it and can't find it anywhere else.

Re: Official TNA DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread

Right now at most large FYE stores you can pick up almost any TNA PPV event for $9.99. I was just there and I don't know why I didn't buy a couple, I was in hurry and didn't wanna spend the tiem sifting thru to find things I wanted.

I'll probably go back tommorrow and pick up 2-3. BFG 07 was $14.99 which is still very reasonable. The one show I really want is BFG 06 but I didn't see it anywhere in the front.

They even had most of the ppv's from 05 and 06 and pretty much everyone from 07. The only I don't think I saw was Lockdown but I'm sure it was there somewhere.

So if u need cheap DVD's, go to FYE. I think the sale is on probably until Xmas or so. You gotta make sure you go to a large FYE cause smaller ones have almost no selection.

Sweet. Thanks for the info... If they have them I'm gonna pick up BFG '07 and probably Genesis '06 soon.

Re: Official TNA DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread

Just got back from FYE where I couldn't resist on taking advantage of this deal. Picked up BFG 06,Turning Point 05,and Victory Road 07 all for 10 bucks each.

BFG and Turning Point are probably 2 of the top 5-10 TNA ppv's ever and VR is a pretty solid show and I needed something from 07.(That and No Surrender are the only 07 shows I own)

The only match on any DVD I already had was the Sabu/Abyss barbwire massacre(Best of bloodiest brawls) but I was willing to deal with that because TP 05 all around is great.

They pretty much had every show from 06/07 and a couple from 05. I would advise anyone who's trying to bolster their TNA DVD collection to get to FYE and take advantage of this.

Re: Official TNA DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread

You said these are at large FYEs, right? There is a FYE at a mall near where I live but I have no idea if it's a large or small chain. I guess I'll just have to go out and see for myself.
