Angle/Jarrett: ****1/2, Sabin/Shelley: ***3/4

Angle vs. Jarrett was way better than their BFG match...the flow of the match was great and some of the spots were insane. Sabin vs. Shelley on the other hand, was good, but I'm not too crazy on it, probably cause I'm not that big a MCMG fan. I think they tried to play out that match as if Sabin and Shelley new each very other well and we saw a bunch of counters and reversals to the other's moves....but I think there were probably TOO many of them and it made me think...ehh. If they had let them both hit their moves with less reversals/counters it would have been much better IMO. (Especially at the beginning, neither of them were able to really do much except see their moves countered by each other.)

Favorite TNA match is Dutt/Lethal/Sabin from Sacrifice 2007.. That match is awesome, ****1/4.

Don't get to watch TNA,but the Genesis PPV had me interested,I've watched some great TNA matches and now I've gotta watch Sabin/Shelley and Jarret/Angle.I guess I just want to be more up to date with all the great early 09 matches,but these two matches have caught my eye.Especially Sabin/Shelley,since I love fast paced matches.

I thought the PPV was a great start for TNA in 2009. Sabin/Shelley was great but for me Angle/Jarrett was MOTN. Favourite moment was the look on Jarrett's face as he crawled into the ring after the Angle Slam off the stage. The look pretty much said it all....that Jarrett was in pain but it wasn't going to stop him from fucking Angle up.
