The Abyss DVD looks nice but I still can't stand the fact that TNA almost completely ignores the Nashville Days. Also out of those 8 matches, I think Abyss won one of those (World Title), which is sad really. Should be a good DVD, I might pick it up.

Abyss throughout his TNA career has been more of a jobber sadly, and let other guys go over him. Some of his best matches though, were when he lost, like the ones on the DVD. Atleast it ends up with him winning the TNA Title though.
- The Best of Abyss DVD isn't due out in stores until Tuesday 7/31 but it has already popped up in various Best Buy stores and has begun shipping from Amazon.com for those who pre-ordered it.
- To access the music video easter egg on the Lockdown 07 DVD go to the bonus menu and highlight the main menu option at the bottom. Then press down, right and select.
- The May Sacrifice PPV will be released on DVD via ShopTNA.com in the next few weeks. Other new TNA items such as blankets and t-shirts for AJ Styles and Tomko will be released soon as well.
- Use the coupon code iWantMoreTNA for 10% off your next two orders at ShopTNA.com. The code expires 8/31.
TNA have started getting DVD's in the shops over here in the UK. They need to start distributing the DVD's tro shops though. For people like me, it's impossible to buy off the internet. The'd definitely save alot of money by constantly distributing to shops.
- TNA was at Christian Cage'e home in Tampa, Florida last week to film footage for his upcoming best of DVD.
- The Best of Jeff Jarrett DVD which hits stores on 9/18 will features 8 matches (4 from the weekly era and 4 from the monthly era), a documentary on Jarrett's carrer, an exclusive interview, a photo gallery, music video, backstage footage and more.
They seem to be doing lots of Best of DVD's. I don't personally think, regardless of constant match quality, Cage has been in TNA long enough to warrant a DVD on him.
Yeah that seems pretty cheap.
The Abyss DVD is also on there for £9.99 on pre-order.
Only other place I've seen that advertised is play.com and it's around £12.99 there.

Haven't heard a thing about it and although it could happen in the future, I doubt it will be "soon" or else something would have been reported by now.
I don't have the DVD but here's some quick star ratings:
*Young/Devine: *3/4 (good entertainment thanks to the Impact Zone burning, no clue how it comes off on DVD)
*Shelley/Sabin: **3/4 (good match, too short)
*Runt/Abyss: *** (good brawl)
*Joe/Rhino/Brown: ***3/4 (better brawl)
*Kim/Sirelda: DUD (skip it)
*Lethal/Petey/Senshi: **1/2 (good but short)
*Styles&Daniels/LAX: **** (great tag team match)
*Jarrett/Sting: **1/2 (usual overbooked Jarrett main event)
Above average PPV. Joe/Rhino/Brown and Styles&Daniels/LAX are both very good matches and almost everything else is average or above. No clue how it comes off on DVD though with the Impact Zone catching fire.
Has anyone got the dvd, Sting: Return of an icon and if so, whats it like as I understand no WCW footage is shown as it's all owned by the WWE, so any reviews will be much appricated.

I watched it awhile ago and from what I remember it's basically Sting's run in TNA from his return until when the DVD was released. It shows pretty much every match/segment he was featured in and if you've been watching TNA since he's returned, it's pretty passable. The other part is an interview with him with some photos scattered during it. They don't have footage because WWE owns all the WCW footage so photos is the best they could do.
If you're a HUGE Sting fan, it's worth picking up but it's nothing to go out of your for.
What I really can't understand about Sting's DVD is that TNA chose to release it roughly three weeks before he won the NWA title. I'm sure that a plan was set in stone that he would be winning the title at BFG, so why didn't TNA postpone the set? With his whole tenure in the company being centered around the title, it just doesn't make any sense not to include at least brief footage of the culmination of his TNA run. That in itself makes the DVD pretty much passable.
There's no standout match either, and if you're a Sting fan, you'll have heard everything he's got to say before anyway.
Have some spare money and I am wanting to get some TNA DVD's.
SO can anyone give me ratings or thoughts on getting the following DVD's
Slammiversary 2007
Lockdown 2007
Genesis 2006
Sting: Return of an Icon
50 Greatest Moments
