There is talk within the company of TNA Impact Wrestling airing on another cable TV network in early 2016. No word yet on which network they are more likely to sign with but there is still a very real possibility that TNA will be off TV in the United States, even if it's just for a few weeks or a month.

When asked by people in TNA, some executives are saying that they will be on Destination America through the end of the year and then a new cable network in early 2016.

We do not know if WGN America is one of the networks TNA is talking to but WGN was interested in working with them before the Destination America deal was signed. One of the reasons TNA did not go with WGN is because the network wanted to push the Impact premiere back a few months into 2015. Talk is that TNA may be talking to four different networks.

TNA needs to be smart with whichever network signs them if Destination America lets them go, preferably pick a channel that everyone has and won't need to pay to watch.

Exactly! I just don't care about the others and I currently dislike WWE. Between the CM Punk debacle and how they generally treat their fans like idiots, Ive been done with WWE for a long while. I like LU and when it was on I would watch it before Impact on Thursday nights (I watch both shows a day late and had a three hour Thursday tradition going) BUT LU isnt enough to keep me watching wrestling. As for ROH it's just too damn "sportsy" and I HATE their one hour structure with three matches. NXT gives you more story and matches within their one hour than ROH does.

Everything said is personal preference and I don't want any of the major companies to fail. The more companies, the better for the wrestlers and fans. But I don't want to see too many companies. Four is fine. Don't want wrestling to end up being like operating systems. There are too many of those as well but that's for another discussion. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for TNA. Dixie, I like you but, PLEASE don't fuck this up!

When will people learn. TNA won't die, they multiply. They like Bebe's kids. TNA is part vampire, part zombie and the offspring of Dorian Gray and Claire Bennet.

Fact is if they cut their cost down enough they will be a viable show for many networks. They put out weekly shows and have a solid, loyal fan base. Granted it is small. But part of growing a show falls on the network too. So a network that feels it can help grow an audience will see a product with history that should be able to bring in a minimum of 250K to 300K each week. Maybe more depending on how available said network is. I feel if Impact was still on Spike they would easily be doing over 500K. So even with their problems they have decent numbers. Not USA Network numbers but pretty solid.

I like this notion that when TNA goes under wrestlers will be out of a job, that's not even remotely true. Especially now more than ever, WWE just signed two former TNA guys in like 5 months, and are in talks with a third (Gunner of all people), NJPW and ROH are usually open to signing whoever, and people are forgetting that there's LU, AAA, EVOLVE, PWG, NWA (who literally takes whoever), etc, but yes TNA going out of business means there's a lack of work for these people, because it's TNA :ti.

TNA drop the ball so many times. This is not the same TNA. They are heading in awa,Nwa territory.

TNA fans is notorious for using ratings to justify TNA. But have you looked at the ratings difference, there no huge gap between the other wrestling shows to justify TNA. In matter of fact its embarrassing to see TNA go from 1.8 million to 450,000(and they have to count the replay to get this number). If TNA whole existing is to compete with wwe I feel sorry for them.

I hope they'll be able to survive. I'm not really anything more than a casual fan of them at this point (and I use the term fan loosely) -- but it would really suck to see a bunch of people lose their jobs en masse.
