It has come to our attention that several internet news sources have falsely attributed statements to TNA, its executives and broadcasting partner. These false statements constitute defamation and if necessary we will seek all legal remedies available to us.
Hell yea! Sadly my money is on Meltzer. But I can not wait for the greatest swerve/turn of all time when early next year Meltzer reveals himself to be the new leader of TNA.
Strongly worded..........but empty as hell. Could they be talking about TNA getting cancelled? Or the BHE lawsuit? Or that the roster is surprised how much Billy Corgan knew at the last tapings?
I would make an educated guess and say it is about the cancelation due to "broadcasting partner" as they would have nothing to do with the other situations.
It all makes sense. Meltzer was talking smack and digging up all the dirt he could to drive the selling price down. But really it was all about his desire to take a ride on Dixieland.
Greatest heel turn of all-time would be Dixie getting together with Meltzer. The TNA fans will feel betrayed. That includes me. If you thought she was a red hot heel in her first one, wait till you see how on fire she would be in her next one.
TNA won't do jack shit, especially not when they themselves are getting sued. Meltzer will continue to develop the Destination America cancellation story for the next few months, and TNA will do the same thing they've been doing with this type of shit, absolutely nothing. I like how TNA also didn't name specific sources :lmao. I could actually imagine them sending cease and desist letters to third party dirtsheets who c & P Meltzer's shit :lmao :lmao :lmao.
Okay, let's think about this...people already are laughing at you...for something Dave reported...If he was really so full of shit, why not ignore him?
Can you guys just imagine with me for a moment what would happen if Vince Mcmahon sued WO for every bullshit article? :lmao
The point you make is valid. However Billy is more than just an employee. Now he might have been sold a bad bill of goods but I think he has been in the entertainment industry long enough to do his own research and ask the right questions.
Whether Meltzer ever reached out to Corgan for comment is irrelevant, as the Observer is hardly a traditional news outlet and most certainly does not adhere to conventional journalistic standards.
Was what he reported about Corgan true or false?
Interesting he left that part of the equation out.
TNA at no point refutes the story about "Impact" being canceled. That part is worrisome.
