Bryan Edwards Worked 7 Years with the company as a Producer/Director and also as head of the home video department, producing all the DVD's and V.O.D. content for TNA Wrestling:

TNA producer Bryan Edwards announced on twitter that he is leaving after seven years with the company. He tweeted:
To all talent/crew past & present I have worked with @IMPACTWRESTLING THANK YOU truly for a productive 7 years #bestroster #bestcrew

Having a new producer/directer isn't a bad idea. Keep the show looking fresh.

They need new staff to work on their merchandise more because that's the weakest part of the company in my opinion.

The product was completely unwatchable in 2007-2011 and during the end of 2013-before Slammiversary '14. Aka whenever that sack of shit moron Russo was 'writing' his horse shit for TNA.

It's an alright show now, no doubt. Watchable, at the very least.

I thought the product was actually fairly entertaining last year until they let Russo go in July. The Gaburick/Conway/Lagana team though has created a pretty generic smark bait product since then though.
A wrestling show, you mean? If you want more Russo - go watch D-list horror-porn movies

2007-2011 was the ratings peak for TNA. The numbers went down in 2012/2013, the last big audience they drew was October 2011 when they drew over 2 million viewers for a show (it was either a 1.3 or 1.4 rating). By 2 years later they'd pissed half that audience away and were averaging a little over a million viewers.

My favorite year of TNA in the last 7-8 years was 2009. That year also received TNA's highest consistent ratings ever, there was a stretch during the summer where they got 1.3 every week. The Main Event Mafia was a really strong stable unlike the garbage ones that followed (Aces & 8's, the Beat Down Clan, Immortal). There was a purpose to the stable, it had star power, and the ongoing story made for entertaining television. The ending of the year also had the fantastic Desmond Wolfe/Kurt Angle feud and great AJ Styles title win, and that latter part of the year is the only time Russo solely had creative power in TNA. Hogan and Bischoff coming in changed the entire direction of the company.

2010 was pretty hit and miss, but the highs and even the clusterfucks were more entertaining than anything TNA have recently done. I thought the initial part of the 'They' storyline was pretty good. The 'They' reveal episode of Impact drew a 1.4, and it featured a 40 minute opening talking segment. Early 2011 was pretty good but by the summer wasn't that great. Too many Mr. Anderson face/heel turns, same goes for Kurt Angle.

2012 and 2013 were hit and miss. Aries' title reign was totally botched, his character became a kiss ass bitch when he was champion, and his match with Jeff Hardy at Bound For Glory had a totally flat build since they were both faces. The only feud with any heat from 2012 was Roode/Storm. The ratings started to go down during this period as well. Too many gimmicks like Open Fight Night, Gut Check, and the Bound For Glory Series but not enough feuds/storylines with heat.

2013 at first had some interesting stuff with Hogan/Bully Ray but as the Aces & 8's members continued to be revealed the product got worse, as it was basically the nWo Job Squad + Team 3D. The product improved later in the year though once new characters like EC3, Spud, and Samuel Shaw were introduced. MVP's initial entrance into TNA was entertaining, Eric Young's title reign sucked (a Gaburick decision), and Bobby Lashley's title win and forming a stable with MVP and Kenny King (a Russo idea) was great. The product seemed to lose its footing after Bully Ray put Dixie through the table. Recently they turned Lashley face when he was having the best run of his career as a heel, and they had MVP form a meh stable.

Can we please stop talking about 'Ratings only' when we discuss the business side of wrestling? 'cause it's quite ignorant (just like Russo). I mean, I understand that TNA is now a TV-only product (again, thanks to Russo for killing their PPV business with his 'booking', WCW-style), but it's not healthy for any pro wrestling company's business to be so obsessed with TV ratings. It has been proven time and time again.

P.S. Man, how awful was that Shaw/Anderson/Hemme shit? Russo needs help.

I know I am going to get negged here; but somebody please give this guy a dollar to seal his ignorant, uneducated, bitching mouth. Certainly you have no idea about wrestling business. You are a hypocritical insane member of internet wrestling community. You tend to ignore facts and only believe what your cynical mind tells you. Grow up. Stop bitching. You may not like him, but accept that his product draws viewers. If you want a lesson about wrestling business, ask me about it; because I am trying to introduce my wrestling company for 1 year now. Me and my crew are constantly educating ourselves about the business part of the industry. I have the experience, and I know what draws and what doesn't. So stop behaving that you know about wrestling business, because clearly you have no f**king idea what is it.

No, no its not.

The show is still filled with hot garbage... They have another main event heel group, I swear it's like this fucking company only has one idea and they use it over and over again.

On top of that, this group is called the beat down clan.

Joe and Low Ki turned heel for no reason and had to sneak into a building wearing masks, they were already in as low Ki competed earlier in the night.

Eric Young claims not to be a member despite going every where that they go.

In trying to recruit Bobby Lashley for his lockdown team, Kurt Angle tells Lashley I don't want your title... The week after lockdown, angle is challenging Lashley to a title match, WHAT THE FUCK!

Not to mention we still have James Storm doing his best Bray Wyatt impression.

Magnus being a baby face in his feud with Bram despite Magnus being the one that fucked over Bram in Feast or Fired

And we have Velvet Sky being fired in Feast or Fired despite not being in the match.

And we have Jeremy Borash playing billy badass with EC3 in a feud.

These are not logic plot holes... There're cavernous gaps the size of the grand canyon.

Not to mention the presentation is shit, so this is not anywhere near the best of times for TNA
