Offcourse they are worried, if they loose their TV deal its basicly game over. They are completely dependant on their TV deal, their attendance and PPV buyrates dont bring in enough money. But there is a realistic chance that both WWE and SpikeTV are just playing games. WWE is negotiating with Spike to pressure NBC to offer a better deal, and SpikeTV is talking with WWE maybe to get a better deal with TNA (for which negotiations will start in the very near future).
In the end i dont think WWE will go back to Spike. But until then TNA -should- be worried, and maybe even start actively looking for an alternative.
Who's going to bother taking a chance on them though? MTV2? We all saw what they did with WSX and LLUSA. Aired them for a few weeks and decided it wasn't worth it cause the ratings stayed the same and axed them.
I'm almost expecting Tenay to tell JB it's been a honor and for them to pick up instruments and start playing nearer my god to thee.
