The other problem too is that TNA has Xplosion and they don't do much to advertise or even push that show.

This is what I don't get you are already producing the show yet only airing it in one market a small one at that. TNA should've found a way to get Xplosion on saturday or sunday night in the US on one of the viacom channels. Hell they could get it on spike even the ardent bar rescue watcher can't watch 12 straight hours of it every sunday afternoon.

Xplosion is aired in most of TNA's international markets, not just UK.

TNA countdown shows, Reaction, Epics. They draw horribly and aren't seen again. Impact draws around 1.0/1.1 million viewers a week. Main Event draws 1/5 of WWE's flag ship audience. Imagine how few people would watch Xplosion? You'd be looking at around 300,000 people watching it. Xplosion isn't a very interesting show to anyone who isn't a super hardcore fan. Its like 2 job matches and highlights.
Reaction actually pretty decent in the ratings. They drew anywhere between 600,000-1.1 million viewers. Apparently that wasn't good enough for Spike, though I'm not sure how many other shows drew as well for them at that time.

If Xplosion were on TV and they were treating like a proper second show rather than a show for midcarders and jobbers, with significant storyline progression on it, I could see it drawing between 700,000-900,000 viewers. Not sure if any network would want that though since no network is keen to pick it up, not even Spike.

It could be a great opportunity for TNA to step in and do something with DirectTV.
You've got to be kidding me.

Like what? In case you forgot, DirectTV took off the ONO shows for a time cause they drew even less buys than the average TNA PPV did.

I have some Japanese womens wrestling on my youtube channel, with the top video being watched 193k times. If i can draw that many (without any form of promotion) a professional show with proper advertisement should easily be able to get millions. It's not just american households but worldwide, your location is irrelevant in online streaming.

TNA could turn Xplosion into a proper internet show to "experiment" with, it wont cost them much extra since they are already taping the show anyway. Unfortunately for TNA their YT videos only draw between 15k-50k per video, they would need to do a lot of advertising to crank up the views. I think the average ad rate is about $3000 / million views if you are a partner, so with 10 million views (per show, thats 2.5million people if you split the show in 4 segments) you should have enough to produce a proper wrestling show. It's not going to be a big profit, but it should cover your expenses.

Do we know the ratings of Xplosion compared to Impact's?

Really? Shit, better call Brian Dixon at ASW and tell him that. He hasn't had a TV deal in thirty years and still makes a seven-figure annual profit. He must not be surviving. I'll let him know.

TNA uploads shit to their channel that has been on for about 6 years that doesn't reach 100,000 views. There's just no way a wrestling show on the internet is even a 10% as powerful as television for a number of reasons. Most of which should be obvious.
I don't know. The internet is a lot stronger than people give it credit for being.
