Pretty much. People kept saying the whole MEM storyline was a nWo rehash. (at least the PPVs were worth buying, though)

If your product sucks then people won't watch regardless of who is on the roster. It sucked before Hogan, it sucked during Hogan and it'll suck after Hogan because they've been making stupid decisions for going on a decade now. That's why people don't watch TNA.

Russo should have never been given qa job by anyone ever. If he was good he would be working in WWE.

Haven't the ratings gone down since their arrival? I think that speaks for itself.

Not keeping it real in the streets

That doesn't mean they're to blame. They might be but it's not THAT simple. Ratings keep going down and down because more and more people who were willing to give TNA a try lose patience and ditch it for good. If TNA had a product that was capable of keeping a respectable number of fans who were willing to give TNA a go and support them at one point they'd be doing good ratings. But they didn't. It's not like they were doing super business before the Hogan era either. Any effect he had wasn't significant. In simple terms TNA is still in the same struggling position they were pre Hogan.

Their wrestling product was off putting to some folks long before Hulk Hogan showed up. Talking like day one.
