Hi there,

What the best (and easy to use if possible lol) program to create dvd's menus from VOB DVD Files?

I would also like to add custom menu music too if possible and my own picture,

http://www.mediafire.com/?77kolj18wf5k338 this program is very nice for making DVDs and adding menus and music and shit. Just follow the instructions in the READ ME file and you'll get it installed fine.

No it hasn't. I just uploaded it, and I just checked it and I can download it . Try creating a free account with the site and try that.
