Default Seamless Video Splitting?

Can anyone help me with this? I'm trying to split some old PPV's to burn to a DVD. I'm trying to split the video file into match-by-match (For chapter purposes), the there's always a slight jump. I was wondering if anyone could help with inputting the proper time values to split so that it would play seamlessly.

Here's a small file to show what I mean by 'jump'. "Among other" is repeated twice, which is quite annoying but I can't seem to get rid of it no matter what times I set

uh, I think there's software out there that lets you just chapterize the video without cutting it into sections.

I just dont know what software does it. Hopefully someone here can offer up the proper solution

I've found a way to make chapters with ConvertXToDVD, but I want to make them appear as different titles in the DVD menu. I could just use it without the separate titles, but I'd prefer to have them

Apologies if I have the wrong end of the stick here, but you should just download a trial version of any semi decent digital video editing program. You can get a month's free trial of Adobe's PremierePro or there's the simpler but easier Corel VideoStudio.

With that you can drop your video files in and chop them up to the millisecond, however you want, add transitions and overlaid titles and then burn them onto a DVD with titled chapters without needing any other program.

The program I use (Boilsoft Video Splitter) is virtually identical by the sounds of it, except you can set the time you want to cut from the video. The problem is that no matter what I input, the ending of clip 1 and the beginning of clip 2 always have a jump in it.

Dunno what Boilsoft is tbh, but that deffo doesn't happen on the two programs I mentioned. I don't have Adobe at the moment but I use the VideoStudio regularly and you can edit to pretty minute detail.

You just drop your video file into the timeline and trim it wherever you want, no jump, no nothing. You can slow down the video and extend the timeline and do hundredth of a second splitting. You can do this with multiple video files, or the same one but with bits cut out. You can add loads of transitions and effects. I fuck about with it all the time.
