The thing is, they already have it, but they want to test it on the new iPod, which comes out in October.

I am still at the same point I was a few days ago. Very distressing especially with the weekend coming up, I wanted to set aside a few hours to familiarize myself with the device and workout how to use it and set up itunes and all the rest of it.

That's exactly what I did today. Setting up iTunes, ringtone, settings, etc and trying to get used to iOS (switching from Android). Great phone.

I feel for you though. The weekend kills any chance of you receiving the phone before Monday. You should give them a call though, I'm fairly certain Sprint/most carriers said they'd deliver within 2 weeks from the date of order. Friday was the last day of those 2 weeks.

I went in store today, to inquire. Of course I got the answer I expected before walking in the door. "Should be in next week sometime, we will give you a call". Nothing else I can do anyway, all I can do is sit and wait. I don't see the point, if they had the phone why they wouldn't give it to me so. But *sigh*.

Go on apple.com at 10PM (thats when inventory updates)

Buy phone, and when its in your cart instead of having it shipped select 'pick up in store'

You'll get a list of nearby stores and it will tell you who has it in stock

Pay, then go pick up phone tomorrow

Love this phone. Speed is great, the screen looks great. On the LTE network, stuff is wickedly fast. Worth the upgrade.

I actually ordered mine through Sprint.com and since I ordered after 9/14 they said it'd be two weeks, which would technically is today.

They overnighted it on Friday, but since UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays, I'll be getting it tomorrow.
