(Sorry about the pointless gibberish under it I found this image on google.)

Could anyone help me everytime I try to play a Youtube video this I get an exclamation mark like the one in the picture.

Edit: I have sorted the issue out.

I don't know which browser you use but you could try uninstalling and re-installing your adobe flash plugin.

Edit: A quick google search suggests this "grey circle of death" indicates that memory usage has reached its cap. In other words, it's adobe's issue and the plugin's memory is being leaked (it's consuming memory but is unable to release it).
