I'm looking to plant the face of someone on an image ie. a body.

I've been tinkering with the Photobucket editing program for like 30 minutes now and I'm completly lost. For that matter, does Photobucket even have an editing option like that?

It sounds like its lacking in a lot of editing ability and is just a basic tool.

You can do these manually in any editor as long as they support the features.
