Anyone had this problem or a similar problem. I go onto facebook but when i click on any buttons e.g. post on wall they seemed to be disabled. Think it may be a java problem but have no idea how to fix it

Are you using a script blocker by any chance? If you are, that could be the reason.

It's an add-on you usually install yourself. I doubt that's the problem now.

You know if you've turned them off? If your using Firefox go to tools/options. Content tab, enable javascript needs to be checkmarked. Can also turn on Java as well.
