Adware problem

I'm getting tons of ads on the internet all of the sudden. I can't get rid of them. I have Adblock plus. I have tried every adware/malware remover. I have searched every file/program on my pc and removed anything suspicious and NOTHING! HELP! Is there some other way to stop these things other than reinstalling windows?(which I REALLY don't want to do)

Re: Adware problem

I swear by Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware. Try that. If that doesn't work or if you haven't already, you may just have to System Restore, painful as it sounds.

Neither worked. So pissed off right now. Can't think of anything except to reinstall windows...unless anybody else has any other ideas?

I just can't believe that neither Norton nor Adblock can stop this crap. Never had a problem like this before.

Re: Adware problem

Are the ads browser exclusive?have you tried going into selective startup by disabling non essential services in msconfig?
