Default ad popping up

I have seen this website pop up almost everytime I clicked on a topic this morning:

http://www.bannerplusapi.com/

the page loaded and then froze. I had to block that site to get into the forums. is this a new ad?

Try downloading a plugin called "Adblock plus" that may help your problem.

Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir.../adblock-plus/

Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...ibdccddilifddb

To remove the ad you have to fight Bully. Online applications only and there's a waiting list: www.iwanttofightbully.com

I blocked the ad. My day job is network security, I was wondering if anyone else noticed it.

Is the ad popping up in places it shouldn't? If it's just part of our normal ads then I don't see what the problem is. But if it's not, then we'll have to see what the problem is. Can you be a little more specific?

It pops up when I goto a sub forum. The page loads and just hangs. I cannot get past it. IT doesn't display a click here to continue I would not be able to get to a sub forum if I didn't block the ad. I din't think the page loads correctly or finishes loading.

It happens to me too when I'm on Internet Explorer, but not on Chrome (with Adblock). For IE users, maybe you can use simple adblock?

When I click on General WWE section or any section I am re-directed to this page - http://www.bannerplusapi.com/ like the OP.

Yes, this!

I tried to log in last night, around midnight eastern timezone.
Everytime I clicked on a section, I was re-directed to that site.
Every single time, and there is no button to close it or return to the boards.

Today, I just downloaded an Ad blocker (adfender, was free).
I also had to add the site to my restricted sites.
But, it is definitely a problem.
