what do the green squares below the number of posts stands for?

Some have one green symbol and it says (50-100) like myself, some have more numbers of green squares , what do they mean?

I hope you read the FAQ thread.

Also, rep means nothing. The more squares means the more points. If someone is in red, they have negative points. You can still gain points after maxing out in squares.

Does it have something to do wit my reputation?
And what does the 50-100 means?

Sorry if I'm asking silly questions, but I'm really not into forums a lot...

50-100 just means the amount of points you have. Like, 51 points, or 99 points. You'll get positive rep for making good posts, and negative rep for making posts people don't agree with.
