Election or no election is the one thing thats eternally debatable. Nowadays its utterly ridiculous to have a forum where people speak there mind and not to see political threads.

Its what makes us different from the knuckle-dragging basement dwelling wrestling fans who have no other interests.

If it were possible to screen the posts to sift out the idiots & the wannabe witicism from people who either have no idea what they're talking about or those that can't be bothered to give anything substantive, I'd be all for this.

Serious debate, no excessive jokes / gifs, insults, etc. Sadly, the WF just doesn't have that sort of environment anywhere on the site, so it's not conducive to political debates.

in fairness, this doesnt exist on a vast majority of the internet. Give retards a keyboard and the fact that they can remain 100% anonymous (sans IP address), and you will encounter a bevy of trolls no matter where you go.

I was against it personally, but there are 4 political based threads in the anything forum on the first page, it might be for the best to just give it a trial run.

EDIT: I have no clue about politics so I'll never venture in to the threads personally, just one idiots opinion.
