im not sure but i think you can ask people to make you a banner or an avatar and offer a certain amount of credits for them to make it. like some are real gd at photishop and stuff so they can make alot of really good like compelation pics and text.
i think its like with the rep you earn you can give it to others and they will give it back !
not 100% though coz i hav never done it

They wre formally used in the store but we lost that, so they're only for Vbookie, Banners

and using as payment for anyone who reps Austin101 with the Playgirl 96 cover.. (it's how I got my 19 billion...)
