Yeah.

If the hack requires anything other than a direct import of the xml file then I can't install it because I don't have ftp access.

It just requires small edits on php and js files, then an xml needs to be installed.

And again

You will need to make one small change for each of the following files:

• vbulletin_global.js (folder /clientscript)
• class_bbcode.php (folder /includes)

Make sure you modify, save and upload one file at the time to your server.

I looked for bbcodes for image resizer that just need the same setup as the youtube and spoiler but nothing.

Cant you directly edit these files via the AdminCP?

Im not sure if vBulletin has this option, but PHPBB and IPB does.
