I was red repped by a person some mod has now went onto ban but this rep wasn't just a red rep it also came with a huge picture. Now everytime i go into see my rep it stretches the page. It went away for a day but has now seemed to come back.

Is there anything anyone can do about this, like delete the pic?!

There has been trouble deleting rep messages, so what I can recommend for the time being is put the user on your ignore list, so the rep doesn't show up (it'll still be there just be nonexistent) and just wait until someone can remove it.
