Multi-PM's would mean more than one PM, but yeah, whatever.

I can see the reason for having the 60 second rule, but it's a pain when sending out roles.

I can inquire as to why this is the way it is. Speculation is to discourage spammers? If they have to wait 60 seconds between pms, then they cant spam as many people as they could have.

I have seen this at other sites, although some sites have less than 60 seconds.

I will get you an answer, although it probably is to discourage spam.
