I have the same problem fairly regularly. It's pretty damn annoying and only became an issue somewhat recently.

I use Firefox or Opera regularly and i have never had such an issue.

I get it occasionally but the majority of the time you can pretty much guess what the word missing is supposed to be, so it's no big deal for me. That is, if you have common sense.

I get this problem at school with only quote boxes, It's fine here though.

Never had that problem. If its not resolution, I would bet the problem is that your internet connection is slow, so it initially loads the page off-center (common), but doesn't center the page soon after (uncommon).
